Been using Highway Radar for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that helps you avoid speed traps, road hazards, and traffic cameras. Pretty solid if you spend a lot of time driving on the highway.
Here’s what you do: the app connects to a server that collects alerts from other users. So you’ll get real-time notifications about stuff like cops with radar guns, accidents, or road construction. There’s also a feature that warns you about low-flying aircraft, which is kinda cool. Took me a while to figure out how to use that one.
Look, if you drive a lot, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the alerts can be hit or miss sometimes – but overall it does a good job of keeping you aware of what’s ahead on the road. Worth checking out, especially if you get speeding tickets a lot.
