The worst app from a major retailer. It's horrible. It's glitchy. The search feature has no back ability and only gives a few results. Photos of products can't be enlarged. Paypal payments don't work. It's very frustrating. The website isn't much better but the at least it works. Oh and you need to make the weekly ad clickable so you can shop from it. I deleted it.

The developers of this app are at least 3 years behind the times. You can't search store inventory or arrange for pick up. And judging by the lack of response to other reviews, they don't care. I despise Hobby Lobby but they are the only place that carries a particular thing I need so I thought I would see if I could just run over and pick it up. Nope. I can pay 9 dollars shipping, go over to the store and search, or make it myself, none of which are appealing.

Clicking on categories pictures from the main home page don't match up,. You click one thing like baking and get yarn or yarn and get gift cards. When I finally get to something and try to add a specific quantity to my cart it doesn't allow me too. I'll add one thinking I can change the number in the cart, but it doesn't let do that either. Super frustrating, an app should make it easier to look or things not make it a maze and impossible to navigate. Maybe a new up date will fix it.

My biggest problem at the moment that I hope the developers take notice of is that when I'm on the app it won't let me sign in to my account. I push on the areas for the keyboard to pull up to type in info and the keypad never comes up. Secondly, their weekly ads are difficult to go through and it doesn't flow well. In fact, the whole app doesn't flow well. Love the store though

Probably one of the worst apps in recent memory. 1. After searching for a key word a list of matches is displayed but you aren't told that it's out of stock until AFTER you select an item. 2. Filter does nothing 3. Select an item and then try to find it in the store, good luck! No location information is presented. 4. No "make this my store" option.

Compared to other store apps this is subpar. Not that my opinion is a reflection on the store, I LOVE hobby lobby. No price scanner, which isnt necessary but considering the cashiers never want to price anything and there is ALWAYS a line at the registers, it would be nice. App freezes frequently. Cannot navigate from an item you are looking at back to the same page you were on, takes you back to the home screen. Super inconvenient

It won't give me the keyboard in order to type in the search bar, enter my zip code to find a store, etc. The only time the keyboard actually pops up is on the main page search bar. I'd love to order or even see what's in stock, but I can't. Also, I'm not seeing whether something is actually in stock in the store or where it's located in the store. In this part, Michaels is a much better app that is user and customer friendly. I'm very disappointed in this app.

Hobby Lobby has wonderful merchandise, but the app is not so wonderful. When you do a search, the listings that populate are often not relevant. Plus if you open a listing and hit back, you go back to the home screen vs the search results. Very frustrating. And frankly, with the cancelation of the 40% off coupon, I find myself shopping there less since prices are often higher than other stores. Too bad.

Lots of choices and good prices. The only thing that stopped me from giving a higher rating is that each time I select an item to view or add to my cart, using the app back button or my phone's back button takes me back to the "Shop by Department" menu instead of the page where I left off and I have to start my search, enter my filters, etc. all over again.

100% not user friendly. I LOOOOVE Hobby Lobby. But I HAAAAATE this app. I can't use my keyboard to search for anything. None of the icons on the home page of the app match up so when you click one icon to look at something, it gives you something completely different. If I get to an item after taking forever to get to a list of products I'm interested in, I cant click on it because if I do, I can't back out of that and resume looking without being kicked to the home page of the app. DELETING IT!

Scrolling up & down on pages is very jagged, & not smooth at all. It feels like it is trying to skip lines as you scroll. Descriptions to many products is vague and does not tell much about the product. Especially for books. And going back is weird. Say you are looking at a product, and want to go back to the other products in that category. I typically use the arrow at the bottom of my device. But that takes you back too far. It prefers the ⬅️Back in the top left. Please improve these items.

Super glitchy. Back button takes you back to the homescreen instead of your previous search. Keyboard no longer works when trying to sign in, add multiple quantities of items or when attempting to search anything unless you use the search bar on the homepage. (My fiancé also has this issue on his phone) It wasn't always like this. Hopefully it will be fixed! Love the store! Just can't stand the technical difficulties.

pros & cons of HL notwithstanding - the app sucks, bad. 1. It won't tell you if anything is in stock at a specific store (I'm guessing this is impossible due to their inventory / cashing out system, but still annoying) 2. You have the option to 'save' things by hearting them, but in the *same session* go to your saves & they're not there, so maybe you need to... 3. Make an account? can't, it's impossible -try to login, error message -try to make account, you have one already. Save your storage.

This almost feels like a scam. Like an app that is only posing as hobby lobby. Aside from it running slow and having issues with being able to login, I made a purchase that was around 40 bucks about 2 and a half, maybe 3 weeks ago, and I never got it but now I can't find any record of it. I don't understand what happened. Or why I keep having to change my password because, after my session "times out" it asks me to log back in and says my password is wrong.

No pop-up keyboard support. I makes using search impossible. I assumed with a the complaints from reviews a month ago, they'd have fixed it. That's a full month of home shopping that sends customers to Amazon searches instead. If I was corporate and paid a company to provide this service, I would look for another. Is anyone at corporate even using the app to have noticed this fail? That's also a concern.

Complete waste of time. Do yourself a favor and don't bother downloading this. Because I'm pretty sure the developers had absolutely no concept of what an app is supposed to be. All you can do is get a coupon, look at an ad or if you want to shop for products it literally just sends you to their website. Plus the "dept" icon that's supposedly supposed to let you search different depts of the store doesn't even exist in the app!

I'd give it zero, if I could. Now that they have removed the 40% off coupon, there's really no reason to install or keep this app. They really did a disservice to their customers here. And don't buy into "more deals" in the store - nothing has changed there, and many things are still marked up too high (probably to make up for the 40%, but now it's just marked up). At least Michael's still has coupons.

Worst app EVER! Can't type in search bar...can't type in sign in...always going back to beginning between items. Your store is a bit of a drive for me. If the app could efficiently and easily let me see if you have what I want/need, I'd shop there more often. Guess you don't really want our business. I'll stop in when I'm in the area I guess. But not going out of my way when there's a Michaels and a JoAnn's 10 minutes away. And there apps are user friendly.

Search is glitchy- you have to spell an item perfectly or else results won't show up and half the time you get the "oops" error message anyway. If you select an item on your search results and it's not what you want, you can't just go back to your search results, you can only go back to the home screen and search again. Incredibly annoying. After just a few moments, I'd rather pay more at another store than try to find an item in this app.

Since the update, I cannot click on a product to view it without it closing and then having to start browsing from the beginning again. Also I can no longer just type into the search bar eg. 'farmhouse' or 'buffalo check' without having to click on a category first. I used to love this app and now I am so irritated I don't even want to use it. Very frustrating ! Please go back to the way it was before!
