Worked fine before, update broke it completely. I just get a white screen on every page after login, nothing loads. A+, excellent work fellas.

Keeps saying new version available but there is no new version available. Bad development. I still have to use the webpage. Please fix this or remove it to save people time.

highly inadequate. When checking for previous fuel transactions, it only lists the last one. Change location to be turned down for just about everything.

Version 2.0.4 update is horrible. The dialog boxes get covered up by the keyboard. Just making everything on the screen bigger doesn't make it more mobile friendly...

It is difficult to navigate, the automated functions are counter productive, and for a while it seemed to be in a constant flux of updating which removed the fingerprint sign in function. However, it is fast, has never crashed on me, and looks modern.

Can you not put some space at the bottom of vehicle inspections so that they keyboard doesn't completely cover the overall comments?? That way we could scroll down so we can see and edit what we type?

Worked well before the update. Is virtually unusable. Have to close it and reopen multiple times for it to eventually work. Go back to the coupon book and a physical card if this is the best you can do. At least they worked every time.

App is so slow it's almost unusable! On top of that, after a recent update there is no longer an option to find gas stations that accept the fuel card. Pretty much makes the app pointless.

The password requirements are worse than useless, they say it requires 1 each of upper and lower case, symbol, and number, minimum 8 characters. They don't tell you that there is a hidden maximum of 16 characters.

Joke. It keeps saying there is a new version. But even when I remove old and install new still says there is a new version. I wish I can give 0 stars 💩🤮🤮🤮🤮 App is still not allowing you to log in with fingerprint and enter mileage. You can use only passwords to log in and then enter mileage. Mar 4 2021

Fails to log in, reset password. app just doesn't work like it previously did. Once you hit log in it reloads the same page with user and password over and over and over. Done the start over many times after reading all the reviews sounds like I'm not alone.... but no real help other than contact fleet manager its not our app. Credentials are good its the app that keeps reloading the log in screen

Why is this app telling me I need to enable permissions to download documents when all permissions have already been enabled? It's ridiculous. Then, the customer service line to get help with the app just keeps you on hold. I've already been on hold for 15 minutes. Fix your app!

I would give this a negative star if I could. Terrible. Asks for 3 login pieces of information every time I open it. Once opened its completely useless. I need to get an oil change. Repair shop called ARI. I have to initiate a request to ARI then ARI needs to contact the repair shop and set up an account. I just need normal maintenance not an engine rebuild. What good is this App? Completely useless. Maybe have someone who graduated 3rd grade write a new one.

This company / app ALWAYS forgets your password. One must reset the password EVERY time one logs in. Edited to add: The company takes over 6 weeks to respond to the review, and the response is absolutely irrelevant. I enter the password manually. And I make sure to write it down. And it is not accepted if attempted after more than one day after changing passwords. Again, the password must be reset each and every time. Glad my employer changed providers.

Updates constantly and does not function when it needs to update. Also for me the app is very unreliable. I use the app daily because it's required by my job. Unfortunately I have to force close the app nearly every day because the app hangs on loading bringing up vehicle info to do an inspection. Can be very frustrating since if I can't do an inspection I potentially will be written up. Update, now here I am again trying to use this app today and I can't log in to it. It is stuck in a loop.

Almost all telemetric data is inaccurate, whenever I try to use the fuel locator the app just closes itself out and I have to sign back in. For the most part this thing seems not only pointless, but counter productive. I spend more time doing required training than actually using the app

Much worse than the poor app, ARi, that is was before becoming Holman. Besides making changes randomly, the two worst "features" are when there is announcement that the app will be serviced, it causes me to have to enter my phone number in every time I use it. Recently, it started requiring me to log in each time I want to make a trip entry. Since I have to make many entries per day, this is totally a big waste of time. NOT WORTH USIMG AT ALL !!! This app also can't seem to read my finger print

You would think that an app that is setup to ensure you pay additional taxes according to your mileage reporting could ensure that the information is provided on your T4 prior to tax time. Not the case. This "benefit" was reported late even though my milage was reported within their deadlines . A replacement T4 was provided after I had filed my taxes and received my return. Will holman cover any penalty or additional costs associated due to their inability to execute their one task?

Updated but will not let me log trips After numerous attempts to install, reinstall, reboots, factory resets. App updates as directed. App still will NOT work. Called ARI, they are useless. What a joke! Pen and paper keeps better track than this App. Run, flee, get away from it as fast as possible don't update, better yet don't download or look at this App. This App doesn't even deserve the one star it got.

Why?!? Why would you change something so drastically that works for something that is basically unusable?? App crashes now whenever I try to open it from background. Keyboard pops up at every entry for Quick Trip , blocking my drop down items. And, apparently once I put in a Quick Trip, there's no way to get to anything other mileage related functions like closing out my log (just goes back to the Quick Trip entry option). When something works...LEAVE IT ALONE!!
