It's a good concept but they need to add a calendar and/or fix the syncing. I was finally able to get it added to Google calendars on a desktop but it should work seemlessly on mobile. Also need to add different sorting options for appointments. Otherwise does everything else well. Edit: as dev pointed out, the issue is google only syncs every 24 hours. I've added a star and deleted that portion of my review. If they make a built in calendar to avoid this hassel, they'll easily get a 5.

MAKE A CALENDAR!!!!!!!!! This app turned the sale of my house into a nightmare. First of all the e-mail I signed up with did not match the e-mail my realtor was using. (Not this apps fault) Once that got sorted out we got requests, confirmations and then reschedules in the same time slots without cancellations to the original schedule. If you follow the event in chronological order the app is showing us double booked multiple times. The data that is available is not sort-able, you can't select to see just scheduled showings without deleting items forever. Nothing is grouped by showing day everything is grouped by the data that the action happened. It does me no good to see that someone scheduled a showing for Sunday on Wednesday but canceled on Friday and then rescheduled for Saturday. You have to chase the breadcrumbs on your own to find out if the schedule for Sunday is still happening because it was rescheduled but you have no idea when. Needless to say we were away from our home for hours expecting showings that never happened. Multiple times we were still in the house when people showed up to view the house because the showing was rescheduled from a future date to the current date. Bottom line - If you use this app be prepared to take all the time you are showing your house to keep track of the schedule this app is supposed to provide!

Helpful app. Able to see requests for showings and confirm or decline each one easily. However, it would be helpful if users could sort confirmed dates and times for easier tracking. Additionally, developing a way to more easily sync appointments to users' calendars would be quite helpful. The current copying of the link is a bit cumbersome.

Home seller here. App isn't well thought out. On the feedback screen there's no way to sort feedback, and it's listed in a random order rather than chronologically. So, when I get a new feedback notification, I'm left scrolling through all feedbacks to find the new one. Also, if you choose push notifications as your notification method, they require you to also select text or email as well. Why would I want my phone to buzz twice (once for push and once for text) for each showing request? Odd.

A mobile scheduling app that doesn't show you a schedule. You have to sync it with your own calendar app but there's no way to do that. You need a pc to do that. My PC and laptop are all packed up. So now if I want to review the showings scheduled I have to dig through ALL the texts. Very much a pain to do while you're moving out of a house. Nope. I'll turn down any realtor that uses this rubbish

Not ready for prime time. This is supposed to be a scheduling app for home sellers but astonishingly it lacks a calendar view, unbelievable! There is no way to easily see your schedule. The app is nothing more than a message exchange, something that could easily be done with text messages. I don't see the point of the app.

A monkey fornicating a football could produce better back end code. At least then it might actually let me log into it. If I can't log in, as well as all the other reviews that say the same thing, then I imagine buyers can't log in to schedule viewings. I probably could have sold my house by now. The get help button you inconveniently include conveniently doesn't do anything at all. Do you even do testing? Good thing the website worksish.

Instant disappointment. Your app description says I can manage tours as a buyer, but there is no functionality for that at all. Why can I (a buyer) not browse listings, arrange to tour, and be assisted with directions to the homes I want to see? If I have to use a separate app to browse, then call different agents to arrange tours, your app adds nothing to the buyer experience.

Currently having showings book to my home, but it doesn't show me an order of the showings so it takes a minute to figure out if they're available or not if they are. I've actually had to text my agent to see if the time is available or not. So I would say for the client that is agreeing to the showings having an option to put the showings in order by time would be fantastic so it looks like the agents.

Install works on my laptop but the phone app. I'm always on the go so if it doesn't work on my phone it's pretty ineffective. I've contacted support and so far just the standard response "make sure you are using the correct app....." I'll wait one more day but if I can't use the app I can't respond to showings and if no one can get an authorization to view my house......might as well take it off the market!

Can't even get out the gate. Was able to register a new account but since then the app will not open, it just spins and spins. Have force stopped, reinstalled, no dice. Also the "need help?" Link at the bottom of the screen is apparently just for show, doesn't go anywhere

My home is an equestrian farm, creek, 37000K, great hunting. The only feedbacks from agents is price too high. I have sent my agent the average selling price of homes in my area which are not compatible My cameras and wifi quit working. I have a pending contract, but still on market. Two hr inspection with 4 trucks. Missing many items .The drone fly over shows wrong lines. I personally showed 4 times not shown. . Absolutely loved it,why was selling so cheap. 1 star, but won't let me.

I loved this app! User friendly, and immediate request/confirmation texts. I wanted to sell my home FAST (I did!) so I didn't decline any requests, but I did have to request a different show time for one realtor. No problems! I was perfectly ok with all the requests/phone doing notifications coming in but, it could annoy those who tend to not care much for constant showing requests.

I'm still not receiving texts, emails, or calls. All of my settings are correct. So I check it every couple hours. Not exactly ideal, but atleast my realtor knows it's set up correctly and gives me a heads up for showing!

One sided! It's only appropriate to have the ability to respond or suggest an alternative time slot for showing! Requesters can get arrogant & leave bad reports which affects marketability when we simply can't accede. Worse even when the agent does NOT SHOW & doesnt have the decency to cancel, or shows up 2 days early!! We should have the option to rate imposters as well

While this app is better than the alternative of no app it still leaves a bunch to be desired. We're a seller and too much is managed on the realtor's end, at minimum blocking times should be on the seller's side. The users don't use it effectively; we've received only 1 notification that someone has left our house, "feedback" is most often two words "not interested".

seems to work if you can get into the app. Forgot password and been trying for over a week to sign back in. I hit the forgot password, the app then sends a reset password email. Tried so many times with the same server error on the app side. Yes I did uninstall the app and reinstalled the app and rebooted my phone and still get the annoying Server Error. After talking to a very helpful person, the problem was resolved. This could of been resolved first email,upgraded to 4 stars.

Great app! So much easier than trying to coordinate through multiple phone calls like in the "old days"! Having trouble getting appointments to sync to Google calendar but there's a good chance it's me that's the problem, not the app! EDIT: I did contact customer support and found there is a lag in the sync time between Google and the app. It synced sometime overnight but was not immediate. Now that I know what to expect, I can adjust but I would suggest a fix for more immediate syncing in a future update.

Unable to log into app on android phone. All works well on computer (web page). On phone, after entering username and hitting Next button it just hangs. Tried using different usernames but nothing seems to work for android login. Also no live update calender sync, just a snapshot of existing appointments. I see others with same issues so I guess not alone on these topics.

Would be better if the reviews would list in chronological order not just randomly and if notifications could be turned off completely. I'm aware of the calendar sync, not my issue. It's the feedback and how it is not in order. If it was in order of when the feedback was received it would be much easier to go through, especially when there is multiple feedback postings. When I un check the notifications, it says I must pick a notification setting.
