Customer service is no help. Asked for a refund because I never remembered even downloading and subscribing to the app. Got charged a whopping 53.19 reached out to them immediately when I saw the charge. They refused to give me a refund & kept telling me this BS, "Nevertheless, as an alternative, we’d like to offer you lifetime access at no additional cost and with no recurring charges. I'm also happy to walk you through the app's features so that we can discuss how you can benefit from it"

Buyer beware! This is a free app that you can only use with a predatory paid subscription that balloons in price and permits no refunds whatsoever. The only customer service response you will ever get is an offer of free lifetime access to the same app that you complained about. One-note customer service is no customer service at all, in my book. Look to any of a number of other, truly free apps for your fitness needs. This is a poor quality fitness app with big baggage. Run away!

Eh. I wish I would have read the critical reviews, but it was so high on the fitness app. I can't just plug in my workouts ( I go to the gym and have a set routine). I initially was so excited because I wanted suggestions for meals ( can't log in my actual meals) and extra exercises so I can get out of my plateau. I paid extra for some articles that told me what I already knew.

I purchased through a 3rd party. It was almost impossible to cancel and way over priced. After cancelling I realized I could pay 5% of the price buying it through the app store, so I bought a 12mo membership. Now it acts as if I don't have a membership and I have to log out and long back in before each workout. With that being said, I like the workouts, and I like how it walks me through them. It's good to not have to think about what I am doing each day.

First of all, read the fine print before you purchase. I only wanted one month to try it out and of course got into a recurring charge situation which I've now cancelled. I only used it three times in the month. You can't go back to the previous days work outs. They won't play. There were days I couldn't play the current work outs. It's time sensitive which can likely be adjusted but I didn't look.. Not a good fit for me.

It is a good idea, but it is a poor execution,in my opinion. The app requires too much manual tracking. If I commit to the program, I shouldn't need to start and stop reporting items like fasting. Some elements should be automatic and just allow me to edit it if I missed something. The meals don't have enough options to avoid allergies and preferences. Finally, the payment auto renewal offers no reminders before it charges you, and there is no pro-rated cancelation.

You can't record physical activity done outside the app, so if I skip a day in the app because I took a fitness class, the app just counts it as a day I didn't work out. Can't be integrated with other fitness apps, either. It's also insanely expensive for what's offered. I canceled a day after they charged me at the START of a billing cycle, and I can't get a refund through them or Google, so I'm paying for a month of terrible product that I didn't use. Avoid this app w/ it's misleading ads

This app is a rip off. Once you purchase, you are locked in to a refund policy that will not refund you even if you have never used the app. Additionally, per tech support, you cannot change your fitness goal once you have downloaded the app, so, if you chose "Trim" when you did the questionnaire, you are stuck in that mode. If you chose "Medium Bulk," same. Furthermore, it limits your strength training to one day per week per muscle group. Avoid this app at all costs. You will be sadly disappointed.

This app told me it'd be $2.63/month $32/year. But instead, my account got charged $34.23 (The year + Tax). I've cancelled the subscription with no refund. So I've already paid for the full year and I'm not even allowed to use the app or even finish out the month. This app is literally a scam. Currently trying to dispute the charge since I can't even use what I've paid for. And also because it scammed how much they said they were actually going to charge.

This app, if you can actually get to work is amazing. However, the workouts only download 50% of the time. The other 50% of the time you get everything ready for a great workout, you click start over and over, nothing happens. It's ridiculous to pay for an app that doesnt work. When you contact customer service they tell you to delete the app and down load it again. When that doesnt work they stop responding to your emails. Would NOT recommend this app.

Meal plans: I like the info but all it gives you are meal suggestions. I need something that allows me to enter my journal manually. Exercises: I have issues starting the exercises because it needs wifi or data to download first and then start. And since my pixel 6 pro is buggy, I haven't been able to do them. Please add: I would like the option to go back and add things like my water intake. Google fit, integration: I don't see the point. It doesn't seem to add my steps anywhere.

SCAM! I started a free trial and decided it wasn't for me. Upon attempting to cancel, the app requires you to go through Google Play and go to your subscriptions to cancel. Problem is, when I went to my subscriptions, there is no listing of any apps. It just says "No Subscriptions" so I was charged for a second month and STILL trying to figure out how to cancel!

First impression is that the app navigation works well. Workouts seem challenging and well structure. Diet plan is difficult. All meals require a lot of prep and a lot of shopping. It should provide a shopping list and let me customize the meals so that it's not a crazy shopping list and I can make these complex meals in bulk. It needs more customization, and I need less work and kids to have time for the diet plan.

Won't even let me log in. Something wrong with the app... I have an account and keep getting charged it when I try to log in, the "login" button never highlights like it's an incorrect account. Have tried verifying email and getting a new password but still doesn't work. Money funnel. Don't buy into it. It doesn't show up under Google play subscriptions either where you usually go to unsubscribe from any app so it's difficult to get rid of it.

It's okay. I like some of the options like HIIT and stretching that come included, but there's not a lot of freedom to customize: you can't select what kind of exercise equipment you have at home to have it incorporate different workouts. It seems to be just dumbbells and resistance bands when I have a barbell and a rack. You also can't log any additional workouts. The meals seem to be only vegetarian and vegan. I know plenty of people in great shape who eat meat. Not going to renew.

Seems somewhat deceptive. Nothing anywhere says anything about fees, so you download the app and start configuration, and hit a point where you have to pick which payment plan you want to go with. No chance to try it out. Yes there is a $.99 first month trial, but you should be able to see if it is something you want to use, before you give out a credit card number. If there are fees, tell me that, tell me how much, BEFORE I enter all sorts of information. I do not recommend this app.

Very expensive, leaves a lot to ask for, namely skipping the meal plan, skipping the fasting plans, mute the voice coach, sort the order of workouts, change the length of workouts to match the time I have. Honestly, I'm looking for another app or I will take the exercises I like here and just do them on my own. The voice is the worst though. Describes the most basic of exercises with excruciating detail for 25 of the 30 seconds, but then others with more complicated move sets get nothing.

Have been charging me since april and i dont even have app on phone and have no account when trying to log in under my email that you have listed. And they have no customer support number to even call for issues. Edited this review to 4 stars from 1 because after i was able to make contact with mary via email. The situation was resolved and they helped out greatly. Still think they should have a number to call! But ut all worked out well! Thank you again for resolving this issue.

Disappointed with the app and the meal plans it offers (Keto, Mediterranean, etc.). Now, I am not a dietician, although it doesn't take a genius to know what you should be eating to fuel your body correctly when you're trying to lose weight and gain some muscle. The meals for the day are a bit strange and you would think they would more proportionalized. After scoping it out, total opposite of my expectations and just disappointed considering I also paid $6.99 in addition for fat burning & exer

Yes it is misleading. It's advertised as a free app but it's not. What originally drew me in was a facebook ad that showed you can choose certain body parts to work out, and it doesn't have that feature which is why I took a star away. However, if you are willing to pay and are motivated to lose weight like I am, then this is great. There's a lot of variety in the workouts. Only advice is to add instructions for the workouts because I didn't know some of them and had to toggle between youtube.
