So here's my honest take on Home Workout App: Fitness. I've tested a bunch of home workout apps and this one's pretty solid. The workouts are challenging but doable, and I like that you can customize the plans to your goals. Seems to be designed by actual fitness experts, not just some random app devs. The only real downside is it can get repetitive after a while, and the ads are kinda annoying if you don't pay. But for a free app, it's honestly one of the better home workout options I've found.

They ask you if you want to skip exercises because of injuries. I chose to skip pushups because of my wrist. The second exercise after squats was pushups.
