Reviews for Home Workout App: Fitness
← Back to Home Workout App: FitnessThis app is definitely better than others apps when it comes to focusing on just exercizes, however, full body exercizes aren't really full body – this should be improved on.
Day 1: I find that the exercises push me just enough to feel the burn without wanting to give up. It keeps the goal insight!
very good app for exercise without equipment. I am rating it 5 star for its performance. it is very helpful app for both boys and girls.
They ask you if you want to skip exercises because of injuries. I chose to skip pushups because of my wrist. The second exercise after squats was pushups.
It's actually a good app and the ads are quick, so i don't even worry about it, the only big bad thing about it is it doesn't kill calories a lot. I sometimes feel my body burning but other times it just feels normal and I'm on advanced I even try hard and it is almost the same, I wish I could make my own routine that I used to do that made burn alot of fat
it provides a good challenge so far. For what I'm looking to get out of it. I'm in the beginning of this workout regiment. It holds good promise as long as I stay the course. I'll make an edited review a couple months down the road.
I want the whole plan for free , if you people will give one time plan free then we will download your app again in our life whenever we will miss you or want to learn from you then we will purchase your plan next time I just want this because your plan is in dollars and it is also little little bit expensive. but next time when I will download this app for my cousin brother then I will download it . thank you your first day is little bit hard but when I will start it regularly it be easy
very good exercise choices. I am a YouTube influencer and I do videos on extreme exercises but I have never heard of half the exercises the app makes me do it is a great app you can Skip the paying part and just go straight to the workouts I would recommend doing this and I would recommend using this app because it works you hard
I just finished my first workout and it killed me but the movements are tailored to the parameters that you set when creating your profile. This app is everything that you need to get started in hopes of getting fit and strong no matter your size or current health. I'm sticking with this one!! 5 Stars!!
if a certain exercise was done with a certain weight, why doesn't the app remember that weight when the same exercise is done again the next time? when typing the weight and number of reps, after each digit, the keyboard disappears from the screen. (pixel 8 pro, default Google keyboard)
The exercises and dynamics are pretty much the same as with the other apps. What I find annoying is that stretching after exercise isn't part of the routine. Also, doing only abs without balancing with exercises for at least the lower back with it can actually be hurtful.
It giving you a few excersize can be useful for someone that has never moved before, but you will quickly notice that 90% of the exercises are the same few basic ones, that they sprinkled some glitter on... You will make unnecessary movements that will only mess up your form. The video tutorials are good and showing you the movement, the little tips are good for beginners. But for anyone that does this for more than a month you'll quickly grow out of the app and need to do some research yourself
Good exercise selection and combination, no distracting music, good readable design and a well understandable voice. Two things keep me from giving it 5 stars but I will eventually revise when they get fixed: 1. The exercise videos only play during the pauses, sometimes it would be great to see them during the exercise. 2. I once missed registering the rest day, so the rest day and the next exercise day were lumped together and I lost my streak. It would be great to be able to edit days.
This app is perfect for everyone! The app builds you a routine based on how you answer the questions when it first opens. From there a colada scope of fitness possibilities opens up before your eyes. Whether your just a beginner or been away from exercise for a minute, beginner, or we'll trained gym enthusiasts, there's an exercise for you. Upper body, lower body, full body work out, it's all there. For the small price of this app, you will be doing your muscles a favor, and your wallet also!
In going back to the basics right at beginners level. There's no shame here because I'm being real with myself (I haven't worked out for quit some time). Plus, I'm doing this at my own will. Just finished doing my first day training as a beginner and already felt somethings of my body that I forgot I could feel again, and that feeling is awesome! Also, I'm a stress person. This isn't just about working out for me but also to lessen my stress level and to have a healthier, productive lifestyle.
I don't understand all the good reviews. This app just took my to a registration web site that collects your fitness information, charges you for a plan, and then requires you to install another app (Mad Muscles) to access the workouts. The registration process is confusing enough that I inadvertently paid for access to some ridiculous extra articles. When I complained and asked for that part to be refunded, I just got a reply pointing me to "no refunds" policy.
I'm on day 18 of my journey and I like it. The app was a bit clunky to navigate at first, but I bought the premium, answered the questions at the beginning, the app created my 4 week plan. I had to have exercises that are easy on my knees be side of arthritis and not only are they easy on my knees but they are starting to feel better. The work out themselves are great, hit start and just follow along as it takes you through warm-up(would like variation) then the workout. I am feeling stronger.
I have no problems with the app, and I like the workout plan I selected. You can rate your workout when you finish each one so if what you're doing is too hard then the app will adjust the next workout to be a little easier until you get the one that works best. The workouts will gradually get harder, and that is what helps you get in better shape. Vise versa if they are too easy. It does take a subscription, so beware of that. Push the site a bit and you could probably get a good price a bit.
I am 2 months postpartum with my third child and haven't done much deliberate exercise in the last 4 years. The set-up questionnaire was very smartly designed to accurately size up your fitness and goals. I just finished my first workout and it was PERFECT. Just hard and Short enough, allowed for modifications, and I actually feel energized after it (haven't felt that from a workout in a longgg time). I have a feeling I might want the membership after the 7 Day Free Trial!
