It does not work! I have installed it on two tablets and three different phones and when you go to register it goes off to an accounts.home.id page and stops there on all the devices . The devices are all Samsung Android and up to date. I have cleared caches, rebooted, freed up memory and nothing let's it run. Would be happy to get it running So I can "talk to my air fryer" Thank you.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and still not working. I basically now have two appliances for which I cannot access recipes through this app. This happened a few days ago all of the sudden, when I opened the app as usual I was no longer logged in and still cannot login. Is there any solution to this?
Great app for use with these appliances. I would like to see more vegan recipes directly in the without having to dig around!
Nice as a first impression. The Appliances and Shop tab can be removed from the menu below and added to another page, as it does not require frequent use. The filters are not gymbro-friendly, many customers use these devices to cook with less fat. I didn't see any options for athletes in the filters. Filters such as low calorie, high protein can be added
Unfortunately, I haven't been able to make it past the device selection screen. I have the Essentials Airfryer which needs the WiFi setup. It's been a nightmare of constantly tapping "retry" because it says something went wrong when selecting the device. On the extremely rare occasion I got past that selection screen it would throw a mysterious "code 6" error. The email I've sent to nutriu-support 17 days ago (I've counted) has gone unanswered.
Great app, recipes are easy to follow and, so far, tasty. Really like the create your own recipe function as well and will be adapting some of my favourite regular ones. Looking forward to seeing more recipes added as time goes on. EDIT - After cooking a few more recipes we've discovered that there are a few errors regarding quantities, cook times, cook temps in a few recipes. Novice cooks, may find it difficult to work out what adjustments they need to make to get the recipe to work correctly.
Good app overall for variety of recipes, but! It would be much better app if you can exclude products for different types of diets and programs, like keto, vegan, wildfit or others. For example if I don't eat carbs or dairy I would like to exclude recipes with them so I don't need to waste my time scrolling through all the pastry and tempting myself. The other good option would be where you can add ingredients and products you have and it will give you the recipes you can cook with them.
dreadful , cannot get any contact with Philips in Thailand through the app to get my appliance added. The app says my air fryer model number does not exist even though it is posted on the serial number sticker on the air fryer. Also, the contact telephone number gets a reply, "this number does not exist."
Easy to use and the videos make it alot more interactive.
The app itself is useful but just feels slow and unresponsive. Takes like 20 seconds to start up (in which you just get a blue screen with the logo) despite using a relatively recent phone (Samsung S23)
Even one star is too much. I have a Phillips airfryer and the hope was that the device can be controlled remotely. It can't be. I get register the appliance in the app, but if I try to upload any cooking program - it ends with an error. After about 3 months owning the appliance, I didn't manage to. upload even ONE cooking program. At the same time, Phillips tells that the cooking programs in the app are a feature of the appliance! The device manual is also in the app and cannot be downloaded.
Useless app, have to uninstall and install app before each use, otherwise always hangs on "connecting air fryer" screen. Regret spending extra money on wifi model, should've bought the regular one. also unable to understand why it need to login using my email to just use the air fryer, should've been simple process, data collection obsession is becoming insane
With the last update, I can not connect to my Airfryer anymore. I receive a prompt to accept a new certificate. When I press accept, the prompt shows up again in a loop. When I press reject, I do not get connected to the appliance. Can someone please investigate this?!

The air fryer instructions are very helpful for a delicious meal. The recipes provide a great way to cook different kinds of food. The app is user friendly and provides easy to follow instructions. This app really helps to achieve the best taste when using an air fryer. Overall, this app is a great help in the kitchen!
Utterly useless app, anytime you try to add an appliance it asks you to log in, I do the sign in process and it tells me I'm signed in, takes me back to the main page and doesn't add the appliance, then when I click add appliance again it tells me to log in despite having just done it. Absolutely amazing that a big company can't get a basic app right because of their desperation to harvest data from their users.
Rubbish app. Sharing device doesn't work. Want to be able to use Air Fryer from my and my partner's phone. Setup device from my phone and share the device to my partner. She logs in and there is no device there. I try to add the device and it says it's owned by another user. Next time I open this app and tap to connect to my device it says it is not selected. It shouldn't be this hard. EDIT: turns out the app is very very slow. When sharing, I just had to wait for the app and it worked.
Not much works. very slow to navigate. this app needs a lot of work. edit: Dear developer, dont blame the customer. i cant even access the user manual for my appliance too. my 1gb/s internet is good and the signal is strong. maybe look at your side of things, it may need a review. thanks
This is the worse app I ever used from a big brand. It always error out and told something went wrong and try again. But tried so many times still the same error without telling me what was wrong. Not easy to use either. UPDATE: After few days of trying and lots of research online, I found that I have to turn off VPN on my phone and connect only to 2.4GHz wifi in order to make it work. I would not have to spend so much time if they either mention it ahead of time in the setup page or the error.
Got the XXL Air Fryer and love it... Except the smoking but I'm slowly working to deal with that. Anyway, I love this app, the recipes are quick, easy, and delicious. I am definitely looking forward to seeing more added so I can try them out. Only reason I gave a 4 start is because the app at times can be a bit laggy. Other than that, no issues.
