So here's my take on the Homes.com Real Estate Search app. I've tested a bunch of real estate apps and this one's definitely one of the better ones. The search and filtering is super intuitive, and the amount of data and tools they pack in is really impressive. It's not as slick as some of the high-end real estate apps, but for the average home buyer it's got everything you need. The only real downsides are the ads (which can get a bit annoying) and the fact that some of the advanced features take a bit of time to figure out. But overall, I'd say it's a great option if you're looking to buy or rent a home.

Pros

  • Comprehensive search with tons of home and neighborhood data
  • Helpful tools like mortgage calculators and agent directory
  • Easy to collaborate with friends/family on the home search
  • Detailed property info including historical photos and pricing trends

Cons

  • Occasional annoying ads
  • Some advanced features aren't super intuitive at first
  • Might be overkill for casual users just browsing

Description

Been using the Homes.com Real Estate Search app for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that lets you search for homes and rentals, kinda like Zillow but a bit more advanced. The first thing I noticed is how easy it is to use – the search function is super simple and the results are pretty comprehensive.

There’s a ton of features packed in here. And you can see detailed info on neighborhoods and schools, get estimates on home values, and even connect with local real estate agents. The collaboration tools are pretty cool too – you can easily share listings with friends and family and all work on the home search together.

Look, if you’re in the market for a new home, or even just curious about the local real estate scene, this app is worth checking out. It’s not perfect – there’s a few annoyances like the occasional ad – but overall it’s a pretty solid tool that makes the home buying process a lot easier.

loved this app, my favored for house hunting until the latest update. I was signed out with it, and it won't let me sign back in. I'm about to delete...

Long live homesnap, this app is barely functional for agents in comparison.

good app but doesn't let me sign in anymore, been trying for 2 weeks now and it just sends me back to the same sign in page
