loved this app, my favored for house hunting until the latest update. I was signed out with it, and it won't let me sign back in. I'm about to delete it. Since I can't log in to my account, it's been useless.

Long live homesnap, this app is barely functional for agents in comparison.

good app but doesn't let me sign in anymore, been trying for 2 weeks now and it just sends me back to the same sign in page

It won't let me sign in. I click sign in. it changes like it's going to a sign in page then goes back to the original page to choose sign in options

I like the layers that will show data about the area. But...HOA properties keep showing up when I select "No HOA". This needs to be fixed. Also, there's no way to filter out all of the auctions that show up. That should be corrected.

Best app of this type that I have found. Intuitive interface and more results than most others

update - I had an issue with logging in and they reached out. problem solved!! great app with more info than others!

great app, but I keep getting logged out and unable to log back in unless I uninstall and reinstall the application. please fix

Good app but it keeps signing me out and won't let me log back in. I have to delete the app and reinstall it in order to sign in

convenient, easy to use, and has been pretty good so far until the last update. Haven't been able to link my account or sign in and just keep getting please try again error. so now all of my save houses are gone and I cannot favorite anymore.

Problem logging in. Click sign in and it goes to the next page then returns to the previous page before you can sign in. Very frustrating

As an agent, it's pretty horrible. Half of the time, it signs me out and won't let me sign back in. Very unreliable. Despite "updates" this app is still horrible. I can't even sign in most of the time.

I love how customizable this app is. How you can put in specific details of the properties that you're looking for and get a very wide range of results perfectly within the price. It's a price range in looking for with the exact details of good properties. Very, rarely does a property come up that doesn't look appealing.

it's a great app, but sometimes it glitches to where you can't see any of the homes you were JUST looking at seconds ago. it shows up empty when there were just dozens of houses on the list

it's OK. The major problem is that once you send txt to agent . Numbers are not the same with agents. Homes App generates a difference #.

I have desired control over this app compared to another app, I'm not constantly jostled around by the slightest touch. I am able to look at the photos in two different ways and, I find this app easier to transition to the facts and back to the map than other apps I have tried. I don't have information about accuracy, but am going to use this app to find out in a couple weeks. So, favoriting is simple, My experience so far is very good.

Nice app. using it daily and sharing listings. I wish fire flood heat wind risk was listed higher and not have to scroll so far down neighborhood park school photos. so time consuming to find I will not consider the house. Also have a way to flag already looked at and will pass not interested. If so the 5 stars for sure.

The previous problem I had with the filters is fixed but I have another issue. Recently, there's rentals popping up when I'm searching for houses to buy. The issue keeps getting bigger. I know that you want more eyes for people to rent your home but there's a buyer filter for a reason. Putting rentals where homes for sale should be looks sketchy & fraudulent.

I like how you don't have to fully open a listing for it to get marked off as viewed. Other apps don't have that feature and it's annoying. One problem though is that the search results don't respect the filters. I still see a ton of listings that I exclude such as foreclosures and condos. BIGGEST issue: no filter to exclude HOAs. That's a huge deal in heavy HOA states like Florida &. Colorado. That alone drives me to another app.

This app doesn't seem like a replacement or upgrade to Homesnap at all. My pro (or even basic agent focused) information doesn't come up in the app so I'm forced to use the Web version. You can't search for more than one location at a time. Also, you can't schedule tours with ShowingTime directly from the app. I'm hoping these things will be added.
