Takes too long for tickets to come up to get in the gate. Transfer tickets may or may not come through. Not user friendly. No notification given on transferred tickets, might get it in the email but not in the app.

Horrible.... Good luck with this trash. Not user friendly. At log in attempt it said to contact Account Manager. No information about how to contact Account Manager.

I just updated the app and now I'm not able to scan any tickets. I deleted the app and re-downloaded the app and I am still unable to scan tickets.

Works on my iPad but not my phone! Very frustrating!!
