It's an okay app but it leaves a lot to be desired. I've been using it for a while now and I don't feel that it helps at all. Too many times the prompts have just repeated themselves and I found that I'm going in circles when typing an entry. Especially when you use the deeper prompts. This is just plain annoying. Do yourself a favour and just go to a therapist or something.

After trying the app in the no-cost mode, I opted to purchase an annual subscription. I did this to utilise unlimited recording time for entries, so I had freedom to ramble it all out. I live in quite a complexity of conditions. Having an unbiased private place to verbalise my experiences (differing from real world allied health supports) has been helpful in processing things. The supportive feedback given after entries are like pots of gold.

I originally gave 5 stars, but now I discovered that there's no way to backup or download your entries. If you lose your phone, or the app fails in some way, that's it! All your thoughts, feelings, experiences are gone. Here's what I originally wrote: I've been using this for a week now and I love it. It summarizes my entries well and gives a great picture of where I'm at. The prompt are great and it's really encouraging. I do miss having a pen in my hand though.

1 of the best journals I've ever had. I have used livejournal for decades it has not done for my mental health what Honestly has done in a few short weeks. It has helped lift me from the throws of infidelity, living with an addict and childhood trauma. The custom AI messages it gives after every entry, the summaries it gives every 3 days, the weekly summeries & the challenges are just wonderful. I love the journaling prompts for the boring days when I have nothing to write about. Great job!

I would have kept it if everything didn't require a subscription. This app has potential, and I do understand that sometimes, to get the full potential out of some apps, you have to pay for a subscription, but it isn't something that I can do. I do go to therapy and was hoping that this app could be a way to document and even reveal patterns in my thinking and help me better understand myself so me and my therapist can go over ways to conquer my issues, but I guess not. Was worth a try though.

it was going great for a while. but today it started giving me an error every time I tried to add an entry. I tried a voice memo, I tried typing, same issue either way. if i can't add entries, what's the point? there isn't even a way to save an entry without an internet connection. it just tries and errors over and over.

Honestly: Wellbeing Coaching is amazing!! This is exactly what I've been looking for in a jornaling app and more! I really like the AI feature and its response to my thoughts and feelings that I've expressed. I truly believe this app will help a lot of people. I also enjoy the Journey, Insights, and Challenge features as well as My Progress, Quotes, and Mood Distributions.

I like the app. I like the layout and the ability to edit. I also like how easy it is to use and the look of the journal. I wish it had the feature to save the daily insight feedback like Rosebud, even if you have to buy the version. I also like that Rosebud allows you to easily share your journal entries with a share button. if these were added, it would be the perfect app.

very disappointed that I purchased the year subscription yesterday. day 1 was fun to do the initial "get to know you" questions and journal entry. set up notifications for 9pm and went about my day. at 1009pm I got a notification that said you have 10 minutes to make your entry. I cannot open the app. please help. I'm happy to give a five-star review if this can be resolved

This is a good concept but the voice recordings are timed unless you have premium subscription. I'm not a big fan of that. And my very first insights when I used it when I was having a breakdown was probably the most generic 'Sorry you're going through this. it'll get better' bs. Like wow that's great Thanks for the "insight". Especially since my breakdown was about being broken frustrated and I got cut off mid rant to say 'Oh if you want to continue, try premium! 😃'.
