Lately, this has been one of the most user-friendly and comfortable apps for making friends. Everyone gets to talk to people their own age, and no one can message you unless you accept them first. I really hope it stays this way and you don’t start charging for some of the features. The only downside is that you can only upload three profile pictures

Overall good. but could be better. had higher expectations, cz it work d better during the first few weeks. Now too much glitchy and bugs. Takes long time to open. and even I had to open another new account because the one I opened earlier on my other phone with other Gmail, is no longer working or not even opening. I lost my friends. now even the new account is glitching more! please fix this. otherwise it would be a very nice app to make global friends. :')

I think this app is great for making friends, or even partners, and it is one of a kind. Ive been looking for a teenage friend making app for awhile, but they all banned me for being 14 while they state it is made for TEENS. that was off topic but anyways, this app is amazing but does have some flaws such as, theres no chat feature, and you need to pay 10 "gems" to swipe right, and your bio can't be long enough. gems arent too much of a problem though, because you can get 75 by watching an add.

Useless—No messaging feature (but has a grayed out chat button in profiles you swipe on, then someone accepts your request and you find out that's it. This button is no longer there! You can do literally nothing now). You're supposed to see their socials instead, but there are only two platforms you can add, and I don't use either of them. So people just put all their socials in their bio for everybody to see, negating the whole purpose of the app, or add nothing at all. Terrible design overall.

I didn't have a problem with it until the most recent update and I tried changing one of my photos and every photo i tried it said I couldn't use it because my face wasn't showing even though it clearly was. Also it does have a problem sometimes with being slow or glitching out and I'll have to completely close out of hoop and snap a couple times.

It was a great app in the beginning, but it went downhill. First they took the description away making it just about adding people on looks alone. Then they limited the pics you can have so you can't try to show the things you do for fun. It is just look for attractive people and add them and hope they live remotely near you because you won't know until you add them, the description is gone. Oh and it's also nothing but bots adding you now but adding the description back would fix that.

The app worked just fine for the first few adds... But after a while, it stops loading and I have to uninstall and reinstall the app in order to get the app to load. I tried waiting overnight and that doesn't work. Only uninstalling works. This occurs often, only 3 days and 8 uninstalls. With how little you can use the app due to the diamond system, its basically breaking often. This seems to be a common issue among users.

Aggravating Before the update, you were able to upload pictures for your profile easily. However, after the update I had a difficult time adding my photos for my profile ( that fit the requirements for the app) I tried many different pictures of myself to see if any of them would work. I understand that the app is trying to make itself safer, but this is ridiculous.

Honestly the app was really cool. I liked it a lot and I did meet a lot of people. However, after the update where each profile photo requires a face. Made it pretty difficult to enjoy. Even if the photo had my face in it. The software wouldn't accept it. Please restore hoop. Make it so profile photos don't need your face in it.

the app is very difficult to navigate. Often times when I see my friends tab it doesn't show anything, it just says "you're all caught up!" even though I have people on my friends list. And there is no chat option either, it's also glitchy and sometimes won't load correctly if you click on something else. as of now I do not recommend this as an app to make new friends because it lacks the basic features required to be such.

This app worked almost perfect before when you could write a bio. It allowed you to indicate the state you lived in which helps since you can't search for people near you. Now that's gone and you have no way of knowing where people are from. If you could narrow down searches to your state or within a few hundred miles the app would be great cuz there's actually a decent amount of real users on it. I've talked to around 30 people.

App is complete garbage. There is no way to know anything about the person you are trying to be friends with. There is no way to talk to them. You can only add them as a friend to get a link to their snapchat or tiktok accounts. I don't use tiktok so I can't speak on that, but when you go to add someone on snap it just says the link doesn't work. So there is no way to actually make friends. If they fix it I will change my rating but as of right now I'd score it lower if I could.

The introduction and account set up is straightforward and easy, but the function the app is supposed to give is trash. You know nothing about the person your adding, only their name, age and what they look like. I've been adding as many people as I can for 2 days straight and so for only got 1 friend request back. Either everyone I see on the app doesn't use it anymore, or the app just doesn't show you when you actually add a friend.

I think that this is a great app! It's very easy to use and u can make some cool people on there. I have no idea why but it keeps saying "not connected ", even though I have wifi. When it does this it won't let me get snap requests and I won't let me get other peoples snaps. I tried to delete my level 20 account but it still did it to a new one. Its happening to my friends too! Fix?

I love this app, I've gotten friends off of it. But the new update is messing my stuff up. It won't let me upload pictures bc of face recognition, and it often zooms in on one face in group pictures. And there has been a lot of glitches recently. And now the bio is gone?! That helps me know who the person I'm requesting is, instead of just seeing what they look like. Plus, if the preferences were a little closer, that would be a good improvement too.

So I'm currently using the app at the moment. And I'm giving it 3 stars because the chat function is still unclear on how to use. I'm assuming you add each other on snap chat then chat. But not only that. There are so many fake accounts on here adding me. The app isn't to bad as there are actual people you can talk to which you have to add. 9/10 if somebody adds you it's a fake account trying to sell you adult content. It's not that bad of an app. But needs more improvement on moderation.

It's a good app if you wanna meet new people, but there are also people on here that aren't teenagers, some are way older and some are a little younger. Also maybe just let us make our bois longer and for us to add more photos. But other than that it is a great app and by far my favorite app to meet new people on with its clean design and no glitches!

I love this app!! I've definitely made a lot of new friends here. I just miss the bios, at least then I could sometimes see if they were someone I wanted to add, now I have to base it off of looks and age, which I don't like doing. And I don't like it being limited to 3 pictures, but I wouldn't have a problem if it didnt.delete everything but the first one...

The app worked really well for about a month, then just like everyone else is saying- update comes out, and nothing works. I'll get notifications and people will randomly show up in my "Add" list or whatever, but when I go to explore I get a message saying "No new friends found, come back later!" Well I've been coming back, checking every now and then just to see if it's gotten any kind of better and it hasn't. I usually don't leave reviews, but this stuff REALLY needs to get fixed devs.

You can't tell someone's personality based off their appearance. Then you limit to only three photos, which I guess is whatever, but definitely not an upgrade. Then there's "super request" but I haven't been able to use it, because hoop is telling me there are no new friends for me to add, which I doubt. It's not showing me anyone's profile. Please fix this.
