I downloaded the app it was working. then all of a sudden I go to use it again after update it’ll just open and close real fast. Definitely not worth downloading

The app is garbage and does not work. Waste of time. Almost as useless as call Horizon and dealing with inane automated systems that also doesn’t work.
Having trouble loading. Also doesnt recognize my login and paswrd. I have uninstalled app I have changed password. It logged in then when i close it, and go to log back in .. I get same thing!
They need to add the option of tagging Doctor information so you can save it to favorites and easily access it. Also the app says I need to update it, but I’m not finding anywhere to do that.
The app doesn’t let me sign in. I’ve changed my password several times and when I get to verifying my identity, it always says, “we’re experiencing technical difficulties.” When is this going to be fixed?

What is going on with this app? I have not been able to login for over 2 months. It keeps saying to please check your information. I’ve uninstalled & reinstall the app and changed the password and still cannot access my information.
No matter how many times I change my password like another user I still can’t seem to get in. this app is useless. if you can’t get into it and then when you call customer service they’re even less helpful.
waste of time! it won’t let me verify my email, I’ve entered several codes and it refuses to verify. so yeah, doesn’t do anything for me!

Waste of time! This app is completely useless! I was hoping that this would eliminate the need to call ‘customer service’ but that’s not the case! Why give the option of looking for a Dr if it comes up with ZERO results! Avoid this app & company if at all possible!!!
Absolutely terrible, worst app I’ve ever used, even the most simple thing like looking for doctors doesn’t work when you attempt to filter. won’t accept sign in details as correct, even though I’ve reset them multiple times now and typed them correctly. Also, please bring back chat support vs just email and phone. 🙏
When I do a search, if I click on a doctor then try to go back to my search results, it completely resets the search to all of NJ. It’s really frustrating and irritating!
