Been using Housecall Pro: Field Service for a couple months now. It’s basically a field service management app that helps home services businesses like HVAC, plumbing, and electrical pros streamline their operations. Pretty solid app if you’re into that kinda thing.
Here’s what you do: you can schedule jobs, dispatch the right techs, manage your calendar, send invoices, and take payments – all from the app. And there’s also an estimates and quotes feature which is pretty cool. And the customer communication stuff – you can keep clients updated on job status, that kinda thing.
Look, if you’re running a home services business, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the learning curve is a bit steep at first – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out.

So here's my honest take on Housecall Pro: Field Service. I've tested a bunch of field service management apps and this one's pretty solid. The all-in-one functionality is really convenient - you can handle scheduling, invoicing, payments, and more all in one place. The interface is user-friendly once you get the hang of it. My only gripe is that some of the advanced features can be a little complex to figure out initially. But the customer support is good if you need help. Overall, a great option for home services pros looking to streamline their operations.
