Back then, the widged from this app was really useful. It was randomly disconnecting but you could retry manually. The "retry" button is removed for some reason and it still randomly disconnects, the app itself is quite trash, so the only redeeming quality only works sometimes inconsistently now.

This app is easy to follow and understand and because it is of the same creaters as the games it is used for it is so nice for getting with the community their communication with people is AMAZING they are great at accommodating for people like me who have a hard time understanding directions! I recommend this app to anyone who plays hoyoverse games!

Unfortunately I can only share negative experience with this app. It seems like the "not interested" option doesn't work and keep giving me post with content that I dont like/interested. The only good point in this app is that it relates to the game. The community is toxic enough, at least make that adjustment for post/content.

For what it is it does work, a centralized community around mihoyo games with all that implies; resources, guides, help, codes, tons of people talking nonsense, spam, etc etc... However, the UI is very bad plus the options to manage content barely works and has absurd limits to it, "this doesn't interest me" and "block user" features are placebo pretty much.

Just use the daily check in and game. Every "event" I've participated outside the game has had fine print that made everything a waste of time. Recently did the ballads which means you need to compose, then score 90% playing it, then have a detailed submission post. Wasted about an hour doing that but apparently it didn't fit the "theme" of the event so nothing for me. I've done other events with similar time commitment to get nothing because I wasn't sharing on social media or other fine print.

The app is amazing and convenient itself. I would rate it 5 stars if it weren't for the problem I'm having with it. Ever since I made an account I can't redeem codes, do the daily check in, or log in to anything on the app. These include the travelers diary and such. I haven't been able to find a solution thus far and I was hoping for anyone's advice.

App / Widget is not buggy, so it's an excellent source to keep track of energy/dailies done, even though it displays only one account per game (which is OK). However, what I don't like about this app, is the forceful need to go through the forums to take a look at the widgets / webapp activities. I don't want to take a look at what other people has to say about certain things. I find that awfully cringe, so I hope they bring more features, such as the option to hide the home page. It's useless.

Great app for communicating with other Genshin players and people in general. There are only 2 things I'm unsatisfied with. One is the trolls, which are to be expected since it's social media. The second is the comment filtering! At least make it so we can unfilter the comment so we can read it! I appreciate you looking out for our well-being, but when there's 4 comments that I can't read on my own post, it's a little annoying.

Over all good. Just wish the interactive map would sync with my game progress. Like removing the one time items like the closed for the status so to keep track of the ones I still need to find. Because I keep returning to places that I've been because the symbols are still on the map. Or at least let me mark it off to save time so not to return to the claimed locations.

It's basically a social media platform, but I use it pretty much only for game resources. Peeps post walk-throughs, character build guides etc. - but the interactive maps that come with the app for their games is worth the space on my phone to me. They do events to give away some in game resources, but some times they give away premium currencies in limited quantities for some reason and they disappear seconds after they're offered. If you play any HoYo games, I recommend checking it out.

Has a lot of potential. As a social media for Hoyoverse it's solid, but unless you're able to successfully link your accounts it's useless for much else. A lot of ppl have trouble bc of the new and old account systems clashing with one another, especially on consoles. Look for mHY original account linking instructions if you're having trouble. They've added a lot since I originally wrote this, but I still feel like it's a glorified message board if you can't connect your accounts

As far as resources for their games go, I love it. Guides, maps and all kinds of helpful stuff like redeem codes for in game currency and ways to earn that currency. The interactive map itself is the most helpful tool and worth the download space on my phone. I don't like the social media aspect of it though. Once in a while, it's fun to look up people's game art or cosplays, but I can do that on Google when I want to see it.

Very good for keeping up with multiple Hoyo games, events, communities, and rewards. My only small issue is the check-in notifications. I always get reminded about missing daily check-ins at 11 pm in my time zone. I would prefer to set a time so it could remind me earlier in the day. This suggestion may seem small, but would be helpful across multiple Hoyo games check-ins.

I love the app and use it alot. My only gripes are not being able to edit comments after they're posted and the fact that whenever I'm trying to type a comment, it's started putting way too many spaces and moving my cursor while I'm typing. I don't know why it does this but it's kinda frustrating. Other than that, though, I like it alot! Keep up the great work!!

It's great, but sometimes the notifications I get I can't even tap to see where I need to go, it says 'deeplink not supported'. So that's always anouinh that I have to search through all of the app to see where it is. Otherwise tho, it's great. I love being able to use it to see other people's fan art, what they think about characters, and their memes for the game.

I use this app for Genshin Impact, and it's very handy. I mainly use it for the map and check-in tools, as well as easy access to community guides and official announcements. However, I am constantly being bombarded with push notifications even though I have them turned off through the app. I only want to receive notifications for the check-in so I don't forget, but instead I get constantly spammed with random notifs and can't figure out how to make it stop. It's very frustrating.

I mainly use it for the extra sign in bonuses and check out peoples artwork and cosplays. There's a lot going on in such a dedicated game (or games). i also like that the interactive map is fairly useful and other tools. I dont HAVE to use an outside source or tool. Granted, there may be better out there, but im just a filthy daily log-in casual. If i take the game anymore seriously, then I do, I'll burn out in two weeks

It's a great app for guides, official notifications, tools and such. However, the recent update which moved the Character Channel from the Home section to the Groups section with the characters under their the tab of their respective games was a terrible decision. Not only is it less efficient and harder to find, but the Favorites/Recently Joined section which contained all the characters players are actively accompanying is gone. Players have to hunt and search for their characters now. Awful.

It's an alright app when it wants to be. But it's genuinely annoying that you're stuck with the same feed for days, so you don't really see anything new at all. Plus, there's a limit to the block button, which is my main issue with this app. What purpose does a block limit even serve? At the very least, the block limit should be increased, if getting rid of it can't be an option. Curating one's space shouldn't be limited.

Please do not put music to appear automatically when opening certain pages. The app hadn’t done that before and it really surprised me. I was in public and was confused where the music was coming from until I realized it was me. I live in a place it is very socially unacceptable and awkward to make sudden/loud noises. I have uninstalled apps I had used for years for this very reason (well more like intrusive loud ads when they hadn't had those ads that before.)
