ever since they updated the app, I can't login and order on the app. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app and nothing helps.

I have yet to be able to order ahead on the app. every time I go to check out, I get some weird error coding message.

literally unable to log in the app AT ALL no matter how many times I redownload it or change my password still the same error. 0 reason to even buy tea to get rewards hence... NOT going to your business.

I can't order on the app. I've reinstalled it and still no luck. When I hit the check out button, I get an error every time. Bummer because I love the store.

When I go to check out there is an error. This is with or without the free huge tea promo applied that I am going to miss out on since it expires tomorrow.

Love your Tea, I especially love that you have multiple and multiple flavors that I can try I'm hoping that you come up with a flavor that contains dragon fruit I love dragon fruit unless you do have an I haven't found it but I would love that that would be great FYI!! THANK U FOR KEEPING US HYDRATED HERE IN LAS CRUCES THIS YEAR OF 2025

"Could not authenticate". New app. New problems for old users. I've got hundreds of points and no way to log in. The system never sends the recovery email, either. Customer support never replies to help. I've reached out 3 times. yes, of course I've checked my spam box.

can't always get app to work for drive thru orders. Have missed many points because of this. The qr codes don't always work so that's why I use the app. Love the product but not the app so much.

so it's been over 9 months now and they have updated the app several times, they still haven't fixed the only problem everyone has which is you cannot login, which is why I'm no longer going to this business clearly they do not care about my issues with the app, and they never give me anything to fix it through their support... this is crazy I never seen a company quadruple down on a broken app.... what's the point of this app or the company pushing the app???

The app suck it won't let you order anything but it will let you see the menu & pick what you like. If I want to order anything from hteao I have to go inside to buy anything since I can't do it through the app.

Used to be a 5 stars, now its a 1. I Hate the new app. STILL DOESNT KEEP YOU LOGGED IN. It doesn't work, it doesn't open, it doesn't let you get points off a receipt, it doesn't show anything. Also logs you out, which is annoying when you're trying to pay but MUST HAVE the app open first

Tea? Five stars. App? Zero stars, might as well just order at the drive thru. I like that the app has the ability to save my favorite drinks... oh, wait, nevermind, because when I add that saved favorite to my cart, it loses all customizations. So my half&half peach ginger with light ice becomes unsweet peach ginger with regular ice. BLECH. If I didn't need the app for rewards, I wouldn't have it.

I hate this update! I can't log in to my account on my phone. It gives an error code every time. The web login and site are the most unfriendly user site ever. When I went to try and redeem a free gallon, it wouldn't work. Even the girls behind the counter couldn't get it to work. They could see I had more than enough points, but it would not allow me to redeem them. There's no menu anymore where you can see the flavors. Lastly, it would not allow me to add points for my order. Why!? Why!? Why!

The new app barely works. I have sent a couple of support tickets with no real fix for the issue. I can be logged in one day, and the next, it has logged me out and won't let me log in. Then, the next day, I will try again, and it will have me logged in already. This has been happening since this new app came out.

The previous app was much more user-friendly. I am constantly getting notifications that once I click on, disappear. I don't get any emails so I don't know what all is going on. I have logged in several times and even rebooted my phone but the app does not give me any indication that it's working beyond the bare minimum. I hope this gets resolved sooner rather than later and then I will update to five Stars

Locked out of my account. I got a new phone. And started my account by logging in to Facebook to set it up. I have almost 300 drip rewards that I can no longer access because when I try to log in I'm told "Feature Unavailable: Facebook Login is currently unavailable for this app, since we are updating additional details for this app. Please try again later" And it's been saying that since February.

Still no fixes for new app. I receive push notifications, but when you select them and the app opens the information isn't there. The home screen only has an order button, instead of listing current specials. It took a very long time at the drive thru to change the password and log into the new app to get to the rewards I had on the old version. There isn't a link in the app for help or contacting them. The old app was great. No idea why they would change it and launch with so many issues.

I bought a digital gift card through the app for $20 and when I got to the check-out drive-thru to use it cashier said it wouldn’t scan into the system. I went inside the store and manager couldn’t figure it out either. They said they only took physical gift cards. So now I’m out $20. Why bother to have an app that doesn’t work at your stores.

I cannot log into the app at all. I have an account but it says that my email and password don't exist. But when I go to sign up for rewards it says that my phone number is already registered. Why can't we just use our phone number to log in. Or request the username. After it logged me out I cant get any information to log in and there is no number I have found to contact customer service. Please fix this.

The app was great before the update. Now it logs you out all the time. When you get to the window, you have to pull it up, update again, and log in. It's not worth the hassle. The previous app was more user friendly. Never had issues with it. No other take out apps require this much. My frequency of going here will definitely decrease significantly, from every other day, sometimes twice a day while I'm working to maybe once a month.
