The app constantly will not load. This is majorly inconvenient when you’re in line and can not back out. You’re forced to wait until an employee comes out to assist you. I’ve uninstalled and re-installed numerous times, but the fix is only temporary. I’ve canceled my membership.

it is the most confusing, regrettably, I’m considering switching back to another business the wash itself is ok, but technical issues I have encountered frequently car jumping out of tracks in the middle of the wash, window dryer not touching the hood, so on and so on. Sorry guys
