App keeps crashing. I haven't been able to ever open it. This may be due to me being in the Android beta program.

Language Barrier,, The app is convenient I still have it installed, just if there was a way to change the language to English Please, Thank You🙂

this app is really good,it has all of the information you need to know about the product but unfortunately,it's quite hard for foreigners to use this app bcs it's all in korean

Love this app. However it would be better if you can allow us to use in English. This save my time to translate the content. 😊

It's concerning that people have been asking for an english translation for more than half a decade and they won't add it. What's so hard? Just use AI or something.

I used to love this app and even advertised it without any financial gifts on foreign websites, but after I realized the hidden intention of narcissistic South Koreans who told me this app and ran it I just erased this app without hesitation. I even doubt the info of ingredients South Koreans highlighted in the app while the mg of ingredients aren't written on products anyway, AND since privacy is almost never respected among South Koreans of any financial ground which I realized only in 2015.

It's really good but they should put a English option too ( it wasn't a problem for me bc i can understand Korean, but for other it's a little difficult)

The app isn't perfect but giving a one star rating to an app clearly marketed towards domestic/Korean customers simply due to the lack of an English interface just shows the prevalence of ethnocentric ignorance around the world. Rate it based on it's functionality otherwise learn the bloody language.

Downloaded this app excited to make use of it. But I can't read it unfortunately. Tried to guess it and its just not possible. I can't see a translation option. I'd love it if one could be added. I've seen other reviews say the same... but can't read responses to them either.

Hwahye app is a very helpful app. You can find various rated products , products for certain skin types, helpful reviews from people who used the products and etc. If you are trying to find the best products here in Korea let this app guide you to the right path. hahaha.

I totally understand the company wanting to keep this Korean only and not adding an English option. It sucks for us, but I've heard lots of Koreans are still very against foreigners, especially Americans. That's their prerogative. However, I find it unbelievably rude and condescensing to answer English reviews in Korean. As a company, even if you don't want to cater to foreigners, you should at least keep the bare minimum of human decency. -- Yeah, I knew you would do that lol. Proved my point.

Hi. I'm interested in using this app but I don't know if it's available in English content or not. I would appreciate it if there's an English version of these app as I can't read or understand korean at all.

I wasn't able to use the app because it was entirely in Korean language. Pls allow language preference so people in other countries that love Korean skin care can use the app.

Downloaded this app and was really excited to use it until I found out I couldn't update the language. Went to look to see if they would be updating in future to include other languages and was disappointed to see they will not be doing so.

I just downloaded this app the sign in is Korean and I don't understand a thing but I heard the products r sooo good but U guys could really change the language to English or give an option for English language in the translation (the fact that the translation button is also Korean)

I love using this app so much however this new update is not so helpful first I cannot search via ingredients now... It's for skin concerns now. I usually i removing some ingredients to look up now I can't anymore hope you can bring it back. Next is the ingredients list looks messy now and no English translation. And the product page now looks a bit odd since it takes time to load the actual page of products looks more weird. Hope you can bring back the old interface that's more friendly thanks

Hi, I just wanna suggest that you should have an language option like English. Since it's a universal language this would be great app for people who don't understand Hangul but want to try your app just like me. Hopefully you will consider my suggestion when you update your app. I will definitely recommend this to my friends and to people who's into skincare once you have an English language option in the app. Thank you.

I love Hwahae because I can trust them, and also, they educate me. I love that I can see what ingredients each product was made of and what ingredients are not good and good. Therefore, I can choose what's good for me. I can also learn about each ingredient what they do to our skin. Hwahae also has lots of events and discounts going on.

Love this app. I've been using it for a long time to look up ingredients to products before purchasing because I'm sensitive to certain ingredients. Before, the app used to show the list of ingredients in English, but the new update change it to Korean and I have to click on the ingredient to get its English name. I understand the change since it's a Korean app, but just wish there's an option to toggle the ingredient list between English and Korean.
