App keeps crashing. I haven't been able to ever open it. This may be due to me being in the Android beta program.

Language Barrier,, The app is convenient I still have it installed, just if there was a way to change the language to English Please, Thank You🙂

this app is really good,it has all of the information you need to know about the product but unfortunately,it's quite hard for foreigners to use this app bcs it's all in korean

Love this app. However it would be better if you can allow us to use in English. This save my time to translate the content. 😊

It's concerning that people have been asking for an english translation for more than half a decade and they won't add it. What's so hard? Just use AI or something.

I used to love this app and even advertised it without any financial gifts on foreign websites, but after I realized the hidden intention of narcissistic South Koreans who told me this app and ran it I just erased this app without hesitation. I even doubt the info of ingredients South Koreans highlighted in the app while the mg of ingredients aren't written on products anyway, AND since privacy is almost never respected among South Koreans of any financial ground which I realized only in 2015.

It's really good but they should put a English option too ( it wasn't a problem for me bc i can understand Korean, but for other it's a little difficult)

The app isn't perfect but giving a one star rating to an app clearly marketed towards domestic/Korean customers simply due to the lack of an English interface just shows the prevalence of ethnocentric ignorance around the world. Rate it based on it's functionality otherwise learn the bloody language.

Downloaded this app excited to make use of it. But I can't read it unfortunately. Tried to guess it and its just not possible. I can't see a translation option. I'd love it if one could be added. I've seen other reviews say the same... but can't read responses to them either.

Hwahye app is a very helpful app. You can find various rated products , products for certain skin types, helpful reviews from people who used the products and etc. If you are trying to find the best products here in Korea let this app guide you to the right path. hahaha.
