Been using I Am Sober for a couple months now. It’s basically a sobriety tracking app that helps you stay on top of your recovery. Pretty solid if you’re trying to quit an addiction.
Here’s what you do: you can log your sober days, add photos and reasons to remember why you quit, and connect with a community of people going through the same thing. There’s also a bunch of little habit-building features – took me a while to figure that out but they’re actually pretty useful.
Look, if you’re trying to get sober, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the community aspect can feel a little overwhelming at times – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out.
