The app is glitchy and not worth the time to download.

sign up for the app saying I get free ice… nothing. Apple wouldn’t even work so I had to just use my card

I find it disappointing the app charges an additional 10 cents to use the app.

I have $20 on my account but it won’t work when I try to use the funds to get water. I have tried several times unsuccessfully.

first time experience using this brand new app it does work and hate it is very hot weather currently need to absolutely download it

Do not use. Pay through App and NO ice dispenses. Email them 7 times and NO response and no credit back. No response to emails to return money already deposited and stolen from.

this app is junk. no place to enter machine I’d or to claim your “free” reward. it appears to be just an app to steal your information

Good luck trying to get your money back when a machine screws up. And they definitely screw up monthly. And you gotta love the credit card fees they tack on top of every purchase.

0 stars!! there’s only 2 within 20 miles of my location, the Nashville TN Gallatin Pike location can’t connect to the app and the other in white house is out of order or there’s always some other issues. so guess I won’t get ice!

no locations near me, I’ve loaded money i can’t use and wasted gas and time trying to get to these locations. I just hope they refund because I don’t have the money to waste.

machines don’t connect to the app at all, so just bring cards, cash wasn’t being accepted either when I showed up. Coupons… won’t work if machines aren’t communicating with the app.

Get your first bag free! Simple and easy dont have to worry about change or anything but your phone and credits. Simple and convenient.

I get this at 5 stars because it is self explainable and very easy to use the only problem I had was I had to install it and uninstall it multiple times but once it was installed it works good

the interface is very user friendly. and they do have great rewards program. I just can’t put the min. if $20 . id like to add funds when… 5 or 10 and use them same day .

the worst app. it doesnt work and I never got the free bag of ice and when u use ur card at the ice machine it charges u almost another dollar just to use ur card and 50% of the time it doesn’t give u the ice not a refund. it is the worst app. […]

Downloaded the app because it was plastered all over the ice house near my house and the app doesn’t even work there! Closest ice house it works with is over 30 miles away! Would be nice if you actually supported at all locations you advertise it!
