Description
Been using iCollect Everything: Inventory for a couple months now. It’s basically an app to help you keep track of all the stuff you’ve collected – movies, books, video games, you name it. Pretty solid app if you’re into that kind of thing.
Here’s what you do: you can scan items or just search for them, then add them to your lists. There’s also a built-in barcode scanner which is pretty cool. And you can share your collections with friends or even buy/sell items through the app – took me a while to figure that out but it’s useful.
Look, if you’re into organizing your collections, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the interface can be a bit clunky at times – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out.
Editor Opinion
So here's my honest take on iCollect Everything: Inventory. I've tested a bunch of inventory/collection apps and this one's pretty good. The interface could use some polish, but it's got tons of features and it works well. Scanning items is easy and syncing across devices is super convenient. The only real downside is it can get a little overwhelming with all the different collection types. But if you're seriously into keeping your stuff organized, this is one of the better options out there.
Pros & Cons
Pros
- Tons of different collection types to choose from
- Scanning items with the barcode scanner is super easy
- Syncs across all your devices so your collections are always up-to-date
- Free to use with no pesky ads
- Lets you share your collections with friends
Cons
- The interface is a bit cluttered and not the most intuitive
- Can be overwhelming if you have a ton of different collections
- Doesn't have as many advanced features as some other collection apps
- Occasional bugs and crashes, though the devs are pretty good about updating it
