I have had this app for MONTHS. I have spent HOURS putting in multiple collections. To the point multiple lists have well over 100 items. Lately, it won't let me search for pictures when I put in new items. Not a big deal, I will just save photos from the internet and upload those so I have pictures. Today, I find out I cannot add any more items to ANY of my lists without paying $10-40 for this app, and then from what I hear from others, it doesn't even work correctly once you DO pay for it!

Seems to work well enough. Tried a couple dvd cases to test, most of them worked fine. $40 for the complete product for a databasing app seems a little... ambitious, in my opinion. I'll just keep using an excel spreadsheet. If the price tag isn't an issue for you, it's a solid contender for someone who enjoys cataloging their collections.

I absolutely love iCollect Everything. I paid the one-time fee to completely unlock unlimited numbers of items for everything very shortly after starting to scan in my collection of Blu-rays, DVDs, VHS tapes, CDs, Vinyl, action figures, magazines, etc. I have a very large collection, so I needed more than the free version allowed, and I didn't hesitate to pay the very low price for it. I love that it is very customizable. There's just not enough room on here to say everything. Try it out!

I have thousands of items in my collection and it was such a pain to get it all entered. A lot of the time I add something it crashes. Especially if I'm creating a new entry from scratch. It happens most when trying to add images. Scanning a barcode pulls up tons of options to choose from. I think anytime someone makes and edit to their item, it saves it as a new item for people to search and add. This is a little obnoxious and makes it more difficult to add things. Searching is very cumbersome.

I wasn't sure how well this app was going to work. Well I only got 15 puzzles scanned and it said I reached my limit. Really a limit and then said I could pay $30 for unlimited puzzles or $60 for everything. I'll just keeo using my Samsung notes for free. I wouldn't mind a reasonable price but the most I would possibly pay for something like this is $5. It isn't all that accurate either.

I purchased the "everything" app in order to use multiple collections. my wife began scanning her book collections, and after 14 books, it keeps saying invalid barcode. I tried my phone with the same result. Manually entering the barcode works, sorta, and the barcode is the same on multiple books. The only reason I purchased this is because it replaced an app that shut down a few years ago that was great. This version is a step backwards from the former companies product.

Careful before you waste your time. I agree with a lot of other reviewers that it should be much more clear that there is a limit on what you can upload for free. I spent over an hour taking photos and manually putting information in for my vintage cameras just to be cut off and told I needed to pay to keep going. I took all of my photos in the app so if I want to document my collection elsewhere I'm going to have to start from scratch. Feel like the price is pretty expensive for what it is.

Very useful app allowing you to keep track of various collections and take the info with you. Lots of customization and user features to arrange and display things how you wish. This app *is paid* if you have any collection with more than a few items. $30 for a single collection, unlimited items, and no subscription. $60 for any more than 1 collection, though it unlocks unlimited collections. $30-$60 is certainly worth what this app offers, and it appears to only be getting improved.

Desktop app is buggy. Phone app needs work too it sometimes double scans or scans faster than the app can get the information. But the worst thing to me is that you paid $100+ everything the app and subscription to use the desktop app. they still hit you with ads. I wrote them about it and they said that you can turn the notifications off. Absolutely unacceptable in my opinion.

App seems to work well. My husband and I use it for a few different collections. Biggest downfall of the app, is they don't let you delete the first picture, or switch the order of pics. So many times I scan an item, and its first pic is someone just snapped a photo of it. If they could fix this so I could swap the first pic to something better, this app would get 5 stars. I also wish you could delete/hide categories that I don't use. Then I wouldnt have to scroll through for the couple I do use

Unfortunely, I have to edit about 50% of the entries I scan. A pox upon whoever adds volume or year info to the title. It completely breaks sorting. There are dedicated fields for that! And I do not need a picture of Gail Simone with every issue I scan of Secret Six. One comic I scanned had porn in the pics. I tried to report it, and the report failed. Overpriced for the full version.

Exactly what I wanted. One time fee for the functionality I needed. Quick SKU scans for my movies. And the ability to edit details. Fantastic. Just wish the one-time fee came with desktop access (which requires a sub). But a small complaint on what's still an overall solid product, and I respect the fact that the company has to make recurring money somehow to maintain the app.

The count of each section in each collection doesn't add up properly. For example, when I have duplicates, I insert a "2" in the quantity field, but the section only adds one item instead of 2. Is it possible to fix this? I've sent an email to support with no response. Another issue I have is the barcode scanner is scanning more than once and sometimes it's the wrong code.

This app is not with 30$ ! I thought for that price it would be a decent app, but it does nothing. You can't customize field names, or create views of data or even download the stored photos. I wish I could get my money back. The ONLY thing I like about it is the bar code scanner, but it's not great. It's just searching other people's data and pulling in their photos. I

This is the app I've been waiting for. Easy to use, user friendly, just scan the barcode on whatever you collect be it movies, cds, games, books, etc etc - and the system adds them to your listing. Bulk scanning makes it fast and you can export your list for viewing when you're offline. Great app! Love it - can't recommend it enough.

App has almost everything I'm looking for. Unfortunately, it depends on your camera as a barcode scanner has limited options for external barcode scanners. For example, it would be nice if I could use "manual scan" as the default scanner (my external scanner will drop the correct numbers in there), as well as be able to use the "manual scanner" in automatic mode (my external scanner will hit enter after scanning codes, and has an automated scanner built in so I don't have to hold the button.)

15 items max?! This app does almost nothing, and wants you to pay $60 for it! I was excited at first, that in a clunky way, it mostly does what I want. It relies on other users doing all of the work... otherwise you need to. The app itself does nothing, except provide a location for you to put the information. I would pay a couple of dollars for the app, just as a convenience, or be limited to a few entries per day like my comic book app, but as is, this app is a joke.

I would give the app 4 stars except it no longer works. It appears the apps domain is down or gone, making the app unusable. This should be a warning about spending any effort using the app to catalogue....anything. I've spent considerably time entering all my wife's 700+ CDs, 200+ DVDs as well as a few other items. As of right now, that effort is a waste of time. It may return, but for how long?

I've been scouring the net looking for an app that can easily catalog my massive collection of video games, comics, figures, manga etc. iCollect is so easy to use. Yes you will have to pay $60 after cataloging the first 15 games, be aware of that going into this. but in my opinion, it's worth it for how easy it is to use. just scan the barcode on your game case, or you can use the manual search feature to catalog your games.

8/19/25: This seems like a really cool and useful app but it will not load anything whether I am connected to wifi or not. I was so excited to try it when I saw all the different collection categories available. Also, the free version is *very* limited (you can only do one free collection and you can only add 15 items). It is $60 to unlock everything, which is a lot, but it seems to be a one time payment. If the loading issue were to be solved, I could see myself giving this app another chance.
