Been using ICS Mobile for a couple months now. It’s basically a communication app that lets you stay connected with incarcerated loved ones. You can do video visits, send messages, and even share photos. Pretty solid app if you’ve got family members locked up.

Here’s what you can do – there’s the video call feature, which works pretty well most of the time. It’s got a simple interface to schedule calls. And you can also send messages and upload photos to share. Took me a while to figure out how to do that, but it’s a useful feature.

Look, if you’ve got an incarcerated family member, you’ll probably find this app really helpful. It’s not perfect – the video quality can be spotty at times and the app crashes now and then. But overall it does the job of keeping you connected. Worth checking out if you need it.

So here's my take on ICS Mobile. I've tested a bunch of communication apps for incarcerated loved ones, and this one's pretty solid overall. The video call quality is decent, and the messaging/photo sharing features work well. It's not the most polished app, but it gets the job done. Definitely better than trying to do all this through a web browser. The only real downside is the occasional crashes and connection issues. But if you need a reliable way to stay in touch, ICS Mobile is worth a look.
