Been using the idealista app for a couple months now. It’s basically a real estate app where you can buy, sell, or rent properties in Spain, Italy, and Portugal. Pretty solid if you’re looking to find a new place or list your current one.

Here’s what you can do – you can draw the area you want on the map and it’ll show all the listings in that zone. There’s also a ton of filters to narrow things down. And the search is pretty smart, it’ll even give you suggestions for similar places you might like. Took me a while to figure all that out but it’s super useful once you get the hang of it.

Look, if you’re in the market for a new home or trying to rent out your place, this app is worth checking out. It’s not perfect – the interface can be a little clunky at times – but overall it gets the job done. I’d say it’s one of the better real estate apps out there.

So here's my take on idealista - I've tried a bunch of real estate apps and this one is pretty solid. The search and filtering tools are super helpful for finding places, and the map view makes it easy to explore different neighborhoods. The listings have tons of photos and details, which is great. On the downside, the UI can be a bit confusing at first, and there are a fair amount of ads if you don't pay. But overall, it's one of the better real estate apps I've used, especially for Spain, Italy, and Portugal.
