2025 Summer Edit: in Spain, Idealista is full of fakes homes. Everyday there are at least 30 fake homes listed. What’s the point of this app then? Why nobody verify fake ad somehow? Nobody knows how? This app doesn’t have reviews so you don’t have information about the apartment or the management company except for what they give you. Also, if there is an issue with the management company Idealista will not help. You are on your own

This app is great. It is truly helpful when looking for a house to buy. Please add the information about the number of bathrooms as well on the search page, this helps when quickly scrolling through houses. Excellent app.

Clicking on a notification doesn’t take you to the relevant listings. Sometimes one of them and sometimes, the search page.

Terrible. You say you want no notifications at all, and every 5 minutes I’m receiving notifications. All notifications are off and yet this app insists in ignoring our will. Fix it or it will be deleted.

So easy to use… Been using this app for years and years. but would be nice to be able to refine ones search even more, eg: distance to: beach, golf, schools etc.. I love it!!
