I wish it was easier to organize the homes that you save. It is so difficult to scroll through everything. I also wish you could name the searches right away. Often you have to go back in and tote them after you create them. Sometimes you want create one on the fly as you are browsing over the map. It just saves it as a random search.

Very decent and intuitive app supporting direct translations to EN, making it easy to work with. Amazon, watch and learn, this is how it's done! Only imrovements could be to merge the supported countries so I don't have to have 3 accounts, one for ES, another for PT and another for IT. But that's a little one and most probably don't need.
Unfortunately this is the most popular app with most listings so people have to use it. But the UX is a disaster! It lacks basic features like selecting multiple chats and archiving them. The listing process is a disaster. They send you a code but it doesn't work even if you put the right code. And there's no way to ask for new code. Doesn't save listing as draft. So you have to fill all details again. Just really basic things regarding user experience are just not there!
The app is good but there's room for improvement. There are a lot of filters missing. For example, to filter by length of the rental (short term, long term), included things within each room (for example, oven in the kitchen, given that a lot of Spanish apartments don't have ovens), central heating (you can only filter if they have AC). I'd also like to be able to choose where I want my notifications and not to be forced to receive them by email and in the app.
I do want to receive updates of new available appointments but want them limited to my price range. I could not find how to specify this... profile section? No, not there. Too obvious?
2025 Summer Edit: in Spain, Idealista is full of fakes homes. Everyday there are at least 30 fake homes listed. What's the point of this app then? Why nobody verify fake ad somehow? Nobody knows how? Waste of time as it seems that nobody check listings, so the holidays rental appear together with annual rent. Total mess.
This app doesn't have reviews so you don't have information about the apartment or the management company except for what they give you. Also, if there is an issue with the management company Idealista will not help. You are on your own
This app is great. It is truly helpful when looking for a house to buy. Please add the information about the number of bathrooms as well on the search page, this helps when quickly scrolling through houses. Excellent app.
They don't have a database of addresses or require every listing to be tied to a unique property identifier in the back end. As a result listing agents are allowed to do tons of shady things to try and scam buyers: - Listing the same property at multiple prices to hide price drops - Listing the same property in multiple categories (many of which don't apply to the property) -Lying about the condition of properties or the title - Listing unregistered properties in the clean title category
used to be a fabulous app, but the filters no longer work.
