do not use this app. I used free trial tried to send fax didn't work.... I used a second time it went straight to yearly subscription and charged me $170. canceled subscription still went through.

FRAUD...I ordered free trial and I was charged for a monthly subscription $27. 48 and $186.89 for 1 year subscription THE 1ST DAY. Sent several messages requesting refund...They refused to refund the $186.89. I sent several emails. Lots of similar complaints BAIT AND SWITCH SCAM. THIS NEEDS TO BE REPORTED TO CONSUMER PROTECTION AGENCY. I HAVE SCREENSHOTS OF THE FREE 7 DAY TRIAL .
I installed iFax trough web and started the 1 week free subscription. The problem is that you can't cancel after that, I've tried to cancel for 2 weeks through the website and app and none of the links work. The support doesn't answer my emails. I was also overcharged: instead of charging me the monthly fee, they charged me the annual. Its so dishonest that I can't recommend this app for anyone. Please stay away of it!
I'm very disappointed bc I paid for a monthly subscription but didn't get to use it like I needed to. I was able to send some faxes during the free trial but I didn't get the full week before I subscribed for a paid membership. I had to manually select a monthly sub for $27.99. Or else, the app will charge $169+ annually. I emailed support back and forth with some nice staff but my fax number wasn't recovered and I didn't want a new one! Now I'm inconvenienced to go visit the public library!
DO NOT GET THIS APP! It does not work and it will steal your money. I canceled the free trial immediately after finding out it is not useful. I was unable to cancel through the app because it would freeze everytime I tried so I did it through email. This request was acknowledged but I was still charged $181 after 6 days. I have reached out 3 times since in efforts to get this resolved and have yet to receive a reply
It is a scam. They literally make it impossible for you to cancel your subscription. There is no way to do it from the app on Android. And if you go to the website I faxed at. Com you cannot login because keeps pretending to send a verification code to your phone but it never sends. It just stays on the same page over and over. You cannot login and Stancil and you cannot contact support
Run!!! I signed up for this app for the 7 days trial. I only needed to receive one fax, I understood that if I did not cancel before the trial ended I would be charged 24.99. They tried to upgrade my temporary account to plus which was 161. I did not want that feature so I backed out and did not move forward. I saw a charge on my account for 181 and they are saying they cannot refund my money because Google won't let them. Find another app or just go to Staples. I need my money..
I signed up for the free trial, to receive ONE fax, but I couldn't open the fax. It said I had to upgrade to the $169.99 package to see the other pages. I cancelled the subscription the SAME DAY, but my google subscription says that it's cancelled but will stay in effect until July 2024. I have been waiting almost 2 months for a refund. The developer says it's Google Play but Google Play will not process my refund. It's been "under review" for almost 2 months! There's no one to talk to to help!!
I signed up for a subscription thank God it was a 7-Day free trial before they wanted to charge me $169.99 for the year. Because when I went to confirm my email address and number, they said I needed a business email and let me go any further. So if you don't have a business email address you can't use this app. I immediately canceled even my 7-Day free trial because I couldn't use it. They definitely make sure they can take your money quick but don't tell you you have t have a business email
Do NOT buy this service!!!! It is practically impossible to cancel your subscription. I contacted them months ago because I wasn't having sucess cancelling my subscription when I no longer needed it. I never received a response and they continued to bill me monthly. You have to go to their FAQ page to find out how to cancel, but when you follow the steps, it still doesn't cancel your subscription. BUYER BEWARE!!!
