do not use this app. I used free trial tried to send fax didn't work.... I used a second time it went straight to yearly subscription and charged me $170. canceled subscription still went through.

PLEASE PLEASE NOTIFY CONSUMER PROTECTION AGENCY AND BBB. THIS SMELLS OF CLASS ACTION SUIT MAY BE NEEDED. BEWARE !! FRAUD...I ordered free trial and I was charged for a monthly subscription $27. 48 and $186.89 for 1 year subscription THE 1ST DAY. Sent several messages requesting refund...They refused to refund the $186.89. I sent several emails. Lots of similar complaints BAIT AND SWITCH SCAM. THIS NEEDS TO BE REPORTED TO CONSUMER PROTECTION AGENCY. I HAVE SCREENSHOTS OF THE FREE 7 DAY TRIAL .

I installed iFax trough web and started the 1 week free subscription. The problem is that you can't cancel after that, I've tried to cancel for 2 weeks through the website and app and none of the links work. The support doesn't answer my emails. I was also overcharged: instead of charging me the monthly fee, they charged me the annual. Its so dishonest that I can't recommend this app for anyone. Please stay away of it!

I'm very disappointed bc I paid for a monthly subscription but didn't get to use it like I needed to. I was able to send some faxes during the free trial but I didn't get the full week before I subscribed for a paid membership. I had to manually select a monthly sub for $27.99. Or else, the app will charge $169+ annually. I emailed support back and forth with some nice staff but my fax number wasn't recovered and I didn't want a new one! Now I'm inconvenienced to go visit the public library!

DO NOT GET THIS APP! It does not work and it will steal your money. I canceled the free trial immediately after finding out it is not useful. I was unable to cancel through the app because it would freeze everytime I tried so I did it through email. This request was acknowledged but I was still charged $181 after 6 days. I have reached out 3 times since in efforts to get this resolved and have yet to receive a reply

It is a scam. They literally make it impossible for you to cancel your subscription. There is no way to do it from the app on Android. And if you go to the website I faxed at. Com you cannot login because keeps pretending to send a verification code to your phone but it never sends. It just stays on the same page over and over. You cannot login and Stancil and you cannot contact support

Run!!! I signed up for this app for the 7 days trial. I only needed to receive one fax, I understood that if I did not cancel before the trial ended I would be charged 24.99. They tried to upgrade my temporary account to plus which was 161. I did not want that feature so I backed out and did not move forward. I saw a charge on my account for 181 and they are saying they cannot refund my money because Google won't let them. Find another app or just go to Staples. I need my money..

I signed up for the free trial, to receive ONE fax, but I couldn't open the fax. It said I had to upgrade to the $169.99 package to see the other pages. I cancelled the subscription the SAME DAY, but my google subscription says that it's cancelled but will stay in effect until July 2024. I have been waiting almost 2 months for a refund. The developer says it's Google Play but Google Play will not process my refund. It's been "under review" for almost 2 months! There's no one to talk to to help!!

I signed up for a subscription thank God it was a 7-Day free trial before they wanted to charge me $169.99 for the year. Because when I went to confirm my email address and number, they said I needed a business email and let me go any further. So if you don't have a business email address you can't use this app. I immediately canceled even my 7-Day free trial because I couldn't use it. They definitely make sure they can take your money quick but don't tell you you have t have a business email

Do NOT buy this service!!!! It is practically impossible to cancel your subscription. I contacted them months ago because I wasn't having sucess cancelling my subscription when I no longer needed it. I never received a response and they continued to bill me monthly. You have to go to their FAQ page to find out how to cancel, but when you follow the steps, it still doesn't cancel your subscription. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Beware, total scam! Looked at the website after doing a google search, but couldn't figure out how to use it, and never set up an account for the "7 day trial". Was surprised when the subscription fee of $24.99 was charged to my credit card the following month. Google said the developer needs to credit, which they refuse to do to, after giving me different reasons why they won't. Doesn't make sense considering I never set up an account until I had to in order to dispute the charge with them!

This app wouldn't attach PDF or MS Word files to the fax. I tried the free trial, but ultimately tried paying for the full app and it still didn't work. It successfully sent the cover letter a few times though! I messaged the company about the attachments, but never heard back from them and there is no telephone number to call. I cancelled the subscription through the app and uninstalled it. Today was charged $17.99 and after researching, found that I had to cancel through Google Play as well...

**Did not work** I downloaded to try for free and the account would not allow me to attach files. Clicking the button to attach gave no response. Exiting and reopening the app, starting with a new fax, requesting a number to receive faxes, and restarting my device all did not solve the issue. I reached out to customer support and received no support. I would not recommend due to the app not being able to do it's purpose and lack of customer support.

THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS!!! FREE TRIAL IS A SHAM. THEY CHARGED ME A YEAR DURING THE TRIAL AND WON'T REFUND!!!!! I too would give it a ZERO if possible!!! I signed up for the 7 day trial online. When I downloaded the app the system evidently set up a second account with the same email address. I had no idea there were 2 accounts!!! I cancelled one within the free trial period and they BILLED ME $169.99 FOR A FULL YEAR. I have tried everything to get a refund unsuccessfully.

The interface seemed fairly bare in terms of what your options were. I was surprised by this as I chose to go with the pro trial... whopping $170. I needed to send a fax but was simply unable to add anything other than that initial page, the cover page, which also surprised me with the trial option selected. Maybe 5 templates to pick from. So I'm going to my local library tomorrow and fax from there. Fax is so outdated, i mean why can't i simply email them a .pdf of what is needed ya know lol.

I wish I could rate even lower. Signed up for a free trial of Basic just so I can fax one single document. It tells you Basic is 200 pages a month. It wouldn't even let me send one document! Kept saying one page exceeded the monthly amount and I had to upgrade to 1000 pages a month for $150 a yr/$28 month. Why would I do that just for one document you said could be sent with a free trial yet you refuse to send it? What an absolute waste of time. Cancelled that within minutes.

They canceled the 7 day free trial mid transaction made me have to sign up. and instead of the monthly $1.99 a month fee they tried to pull the whole annual payment from my account. Thankfully my bank flagged it as fraud and did not let them pull it. All I want is one fax sent. I signed up and placed, typed up, and scanned all the pages for nothing 🤬 go with another app! As someone else said I wish I could rate them lower bc the fact that they tried to take my money is ridiculous.

I too believe it's all a scam. I purchased a $180 subscription thinking I had a trail period of a month to decide if I liked it, then could cancel anytime. I would have never agreed to any other terms. Struggled with the app for hours, but NEVER got it to work. Tried to cancel that night, but....no! Not possible. Tried to cancel multiple times, and their website "is terribly sorry, but cannot process my request. Plesse try again later", they say. Nothing less than criminal.

Do not use! Stay away from downloading anything at all. I tried using the first day, it didnt work, several times, even though I kept getting an email saying fax was successful. I tried canceling, it kept freezing. They charged after 6 days, and was deceiving because on the 7th day I was unable to cancel through Google. In addition, they charge $99 on top of it all, and this is mentioned nowhere. I have requested the money back, I have yet to receive it. I contacted the credit card company.

Do not use this! Their cancellation process is a scam and I ended up getting charged $99.99 and have been fighting with them for a refund and they are refusing. I signed up for the 7 day free trial. I sent a fax and cancelled immediately after (the same day). They do not have a phone number and you cannot cancel in the app. You have to email them. I got an email that said my request had been solved. I assumed that ment I was it was cancelled...
