So here's my honest take on iHeart: Music, Radio, Podcasts. I've tested a bunch of music/radio/podcast apps and this one's definitely one of the better options. The selection of live stations and on-demand audio is super impressive, and the app itself is pretty easy to use. I do find the ads can get a little intrusive at times, but you can pay to remove them. Overall though, it's a solid choice if you want an all-in-one audio app that covers all your music, radio and podcast needs.

Description

Been using iHeart: Music, Radio, Podcasts for a couple months now. It’s basically an all-in-one app for streaming tons of live radio stations, unlimited music playlists, and tons of popular podcasts. Pretty solid app if you’re into listening to music, sports radio, or your favorite shows on the go.

Here’s what you can do: You can stream thousands of live radio stations for free, from local AM/FM to big name stations. There’s also unlimited music playlists for any mood or activity – just pick what you’re feeling and let it play. And the podcast selection is huge, with tons of top shows like The Breakfast Club, Crime Junkie, and The Herd with Colin Cowherd.

Look, if you’re a big music, radio or podcast person, you’ll probably really like this app. It’s not perfect – the ads can get a little annoying if you don’t pay – but overall it’s a pretty great all-in-one audio app. Worth checking out.

Uninstalled. I wanted to use it, as opposed to web browser access. Ever since trying the app out for about a month, every morning listening to WOOD FM 106.9, I'd...

Lately the "free" version has entirely too many adds, more than listening to the actual radio, the ratio is 1 song to 1 add at this point, typically you get...

The app will not play anything on mobile data (with 4 to 5 bars of 5g coverage). Looked to see if it was a setting restricting playback on mobile data...
