If you buy a regular ticket you can't buy another airport ticket on top, because only one ticket can be available at one time and you have no option to delete it. fire your product team, they're a bunch of incompetents for designing the app like this

What a silly excuse for a city travel app. Compared to other cities in the world it's a joke. Allows purchase of tickets for multiple travellers groups, but watch out: only ONE person can use those. Don't use it if you travel as a group. Each traveller has to have separate app

This app is a mess, you cannot buy single tickets of 2 euro, it display the recent tickets you bought, and without validating them you cannot buy again those tickets. other thing is you cannot choose the zone when you want to buy a day ticket it proposed only zone 1-5 that's it. If you click on it to change nothing happens. This app needs a lot of improvement there are a lot of bugs

Visiting Paris? DO NOT USE. It was impossible to find where the ticket I bought was. I ended up going into a metro station and buying a physical card. If you're just visiting please save yourself the hassle and don't even try to use this app. I don't understand why you can't just tap in with a credit card or phone wallet like so many other cities do. Some of the app could be good, but what's the point without being able to access the ticket I paid for?

really unfriendly application for tourist to register and use. They are too lazy to update the app description to advise that only limited European countries can use - it can't be used by residents of other countries. Capture code validation was challenging to pass. needs to be made more user friendly and country restriction made clearer.

It works, but will break NFC payments in Google wallet, even after uninstall... And you can't use it to pay for a child traveling with you. Full story: On my recent trip to Paris, I installed the app and the accompanying ticket storage app on my pixel. I bought two tickets, intending to tap my son through, followed by myself. The second tap would not work. I had to get assistance to go through. Also, it takes over NFC, causing many payment terminals to fall. Uninstalling won't fix the issue.

I wanted to install and use like in whatever country. The login with correct password does not function, I had to repeat like 5 times and still nothing. The helper at the station later told me that it does not function properly and sold me instead a paper card for 2 euros plus tickets to charge.

OK app if you have a French number (and also not compatible with google wallet). Can't register with this app because I don't have a French phone number so useless for travelers. Have to input my credit card info EVERY time because it's not compatible with Google pay or wallets (unlike apple users). Overall, not much better than just using the machines, good try though. I appreciate your reply, it's also not a great app because it doesn't work with Google pay but does work with Apple pay.

The app works ok for some time BUT then it craps itself. I used it every day for 4 days and when I wanted to go back to Orly airport by purchasing the same ticket I used to reach the city from Orly airport, the app would just not show it, it could be found via the itinerary planner but the purchase button would not show it again. The very unhelpful staff at the station said there was no other choice but to pay for the plastic card, so the entire purpose of the app went to the trash.

Initially, I was skeptical about using this app because of so many negative comments here. Nevertheless, I didn't want to pay 10 euros extra for the physical card (with picture), so I used the app for a week during my stay in Paris for the weekly ticket, and it worked well all but one time. At one particular station, it wouldn't let me pass through the check-in gate for the metro. But it was solved by asking the staff member who fixed the issue for me.

The app is brilliant overall. I particularly like the route planner and the real-time schedule. Note: If you're travelling with family, make sure you get a Navigo Pass, which you can top up through the app. You can't use the app to buy tickets for more than one person. What I don't like: You need a separate companion app. The app is restricted to single users only.

No option to purchase a single fare ticket for the itinerary you search using the very same application!! I was not able to purchase a single fare ticket zones 1-5 on my phone or for the navigo pass I own. After 15min installing this app, extensions, looking for a way to use it, I still have to go in line in person to buy a paper ticket... -Edit- the proposed fix is to buy a day pass (20€), when the single fare I need is 5€... Really?

This app is a rip off: purchased a ticket, but there is no ticket to be found on my phone. I contacted navigo and received a two-page response with instructions that didn't work. I contacted navigo again, attaching a screenshot of my previous mail, asking to get my money back... and got the same instructions once more. As I can only contact navigo via the app that will always send the same automatic response, I assume my money is gone.

Had issues with the application that wouldn't load my monthly Navigo pass. Several communications with the support, nothing. I went to a train station office and they advised me to drop the app and stay with the physical card. No materialized sync between the app, the website and/or Ile-de-France Mobilité services. I was lucky most drivers were nice enough to accept the capture of my Navigo receipt! Still no news of the refund for my trip to Paris: I had to pay extra. App uninstalled.

Very negative. Adding a Navigo pass took multiple attempts and only worked after I created an account (app never asked me to make one, just failed until I did). UX: After purchasing, there's no barcode, just a banner saying you have a pass now. When you scan, no haptic feedback. I was incorrectly fined 35€ after using the app to scan into a station. The machine let me in but the app did not log the validation. Initially told me my Pixel was incompatible but let me buy, seems it should not have.

BEWARE: do not purchase more than one CDG RER ticket with this app! You will get fined when exiting the train station. The app allows you to buy up to 9 tickets, but nowhere does it say that it is one ticket per passenger per device. The CDG station attendant will happily fix the issue and scan you through the station gates, but he is setting you up to be fined when you exit the station at the end of your trip. Edit - This was personal use, not commercial. Predatory behavior IMO.

Purchased four tickets. Charged my credit card. And, I have a receipt too. I can't see my tickets or use them. I installed the companion apps and no luck. Reset password, etc. Waste of time and money. Just buy the plastic card for 2 euros and refill it at the stations. Don't waste your time with the paper tickets that tend to get demagnetized. Be sure to keep your payment method handy until you exit the Paris metro in case the fare checkers want to verify that you paid the fare.

Close to useless. Schedule is inaccurate. Recharging the transit card kind of works, but it is not possible to buy the same options, like zone 4-5, as in the machines at the station and they don't fix it for years. I'm standing in the snow currently, all the messages are green, and the either can't or don't bother to update the information. How bizarre!

really I am satisfied with the app. the only thing is on New Years the drivers and workers knew which lines and stops were meant to be closed, but the app kept suggesting these closed lines as on boarding and arrival spots. It made for a long night. Other than that the app generally gives lots of riding options and information on different routes. it might not always give you the shortest route possible but we have never been lost with the app.

Update : terrible trash. Fire all of your UX, désigners, dev team - an infuriatingly incompetent system at every single level. App (you'll need 3 different apps for it to "work"), machines, the physical cards (because even if you've already had to pay the 2€ extra for the paper or plastic card you'll have to buy it again. Not what the name implies: cannot be used within all Île de France (just paris), and doesn't provide up to date info for those with mobility needs. 0 stars.
