Doesn't give you many options. Not able to block devices, or set limits.

How on earth does this app have 4.8 stars. It just says request timeout on every page and I can't do anything

The service is great. There has been no lagging or breaks in the service

Keeps crashing when scanning QR CODE FIX FAST, and I don't have a model number matching so I click other, tell me to put info in correctly

Crashes anytime I try to scan the QR code to set up my router. Manually entering the details doesnt work either.

First day with ImOn and I can't onboard my router because the QR code doesn't work and entering the information manually ALSO doesn't work. Please fix this bug 🙏

This entire app will NOT work if you use your own router. I am using my own router, and the customer service technician confirmed that the entire app will not work if I use my own router. I could understand not being able to see the device, but I should be able to pay my bill and see internet usage at the very least. I can sign in but immediately prompted to onboard a router. If I try to cancel it, the prompt to onboard a router immediately pops back up, making the app completely useless.

It makes automating the management of the wireless network and overall calyx fiber optic experience better than using some third-party application

I love this company!!! Dump Mediacom. I'm On has never had buffering, outages, and the prices are half of what I was paying. Do it now.

app quit working stating it needs an update. there is no update available.....

No longer works ("unable to connect"). It tells me I need to onboard my router again, but then it won't let me. It also says I should check to make sure I have the latest version of the app, which I do.

ImOn, we got some improvements to do on the app but ur service is amazing. Incorporate some ad and child restrictions...your app would be next level.
