does it's job, but when running in the background continually tries to turn off bluetooth. i have to force stop imprivata after logging in and getting secure id otherwise i can't use bluetooth devices.

Inappropriately toggles bluetooth off, disrupting other phone functions. Also does not go to sleep properly--consumed 19% of my total phone battery over 15 hours in background use. I can identify children that can do better app programming

Slow to interface with our Epic EHR. Big lag between entering your ID and the popup to type in the number generated. I hear it is faater if you use your print-but mine are not useable That is true for many of us who have washed our ridges away-so fix it please.

Toggles my Bluetooth off inappropriately despite not having any permissions to. Constantly breaks the connection with my watch and headphones as a result. Would love to delete it if it wouldn't mean giving up required home access to work email.

Required app to access work related documents and email. Absolutely garbage... constantly runs in the background with persistent notification, even if not needed. Have to "Force Stop" to prevent battery drain.

Stopped getting push notifications all of a sudden. I need to manually open the app to approve the request. This started happening on Android 10, I recently updated to 11 and it's still doing it. All settings in the app and Android are correct.

I had to download this app for work. It instantly turned my Bluetooth off at random. I was having so many problems before I realized it was this app that I actually bought a new phone thinking there was an issue. Do NOT download this app unless your job forces you too like me.

Doesn't work .... It sends notification to my phone (pixel 6 pro) I hit approve but the message never gets back to my computer. Pos program with many bugs such as possibly my phone as I have used multiple computers and browsers with same issue. Also battery sucking . Any large companies looking for sign on app I strongly suggest any other on the market Even their website is devoid of customer facing support for issues such as this. Use okta or something else

Was working fine, now it doesn't auto connect, you have to wait for the time out and enter the timing code. It is also telling me it can't reach the cloud during FLUX and to turn it on or it won't self start. I would do that if I knew what it was. I have to use this program to badge in for payroll. Any ideas how to fix this mess This is how it used to work.not anymore

Since last update it no longer pops up when the request is sent. I have to manually open the app to approve the connection and occasionally have to push another notification. I have the Fast Access feature enabled and it worked great before.
