Used to have sideline as my business phone. I have been in business since 2016. This company decided to make a new app and get rid of team calling. So I got this app and it sucks. You need to sign up for some third-party to use text etc. Then wait a couple weeks just to be denied lol. I've probably been in business longer than this third party company. Will be using different company for my business phone after the holidays. Plus, they are expensive now at 25 a month, which is ridiculous.
Bad experience was, "blocked" for no reason at all read the terms and conditions and there was nothing... The final straw was when the number started to respond to my customers with, "STOP" have screen shots from multiple customers so avoid this app at all cost and don't depend you business on an app that just bans you with no warnings no nothing
Amazing app and a major improvement over Sideline which I was previously using. The new features are super helpful and seem to work great so far. Your customer service support is always exceptional. I highly recommend this to any small business needing a 2nd phone number with business features added as a bonus.
Longtime Sideline user and recently upgraded to Index. The additional features are great and save a lot of time. Love having a separate business contact list as well. Support was fast and helpful getting us going when changing over. Thanks for the great app!
This app is not working properly and has never worked properly. Index blocked my IP without ever notifying me and for several months and billed me while I never got calls. This problem is on their end and their customer support sucks. How can you bill customers when your app is not working and the phone number doesnt work? This business needs to get shut down. I emailed support multiple times for a credit. I am cancelling this service asap.
It's a very nice application to run a small business. It is helping me to keep all my clients in one place. I love the pop-up window where I can add notes. I hope there will be an option to sign up for my PayPal account instead of links. Thank you!
Cool app, I've a been a sideline user till migrate to the index. Much more features, pretty stable environment, friendly interface. Want to have the option to include my PayPal directly, not just links sharing.
Best call/texting app out here. I get that it’s good for marketing. When I change device, I just downloaded the app and it pulls up my information. Index very easy to use and have friendly interface, solid as rock dependability.
Very friendly and powerful application. It is instrumental as a tool to keep your business up and running. It would be great to have an option to add/share contacts as QR codes. As an example - create a QR code, scan it, and the entire contact information has been added to your client book.
