Description
Been using Indoor thermometer for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that shows the current outdoor temperature based on your location, as well as the indoor temperature using your phone’s built-in sensor. Pretty solid if you’re into weather and temperature tracking.
Here’s what you can do – you can easily check the room temp where your phone is sitting. There’s also weather data from nearby stations, which is kind of cool. And you can enable location services to get the outdoor temps. Took me a bit to figure all that out but the app’s pretty straightforward overall.
Look, if you’re someone who likes to keep an eye on the temperature, you’ll probably get some use out of this. It’s not perfect – the indoor temp can be a bit off if your phone’s been in use. But it does the job and it’s free, so worth checking out.
Editor Opinion
So here's my take on Indoor thermometer. I've tested a bunch of weather and temperature apps, and this one's a pretty solid option. The interface is clean and easy to use, and I like that it gives you both indoor and outdoor temps. The weather data is a nice bonus too. The only real downside is that the indoor temp can be a bit inaccurate if your phone's been in use - you have to let it sit for a bit to get a true reading. But overall, it's a handy little app that does what it says it will.
