Dear InDrive Team, I’ve noticed that the fare shown in the app is often too low compared to the actual route we travel. It seems the fare is calculated using a straight-line distance, not the real road distance. Because of this, drivers are underpaid, especially in places like Nepal where roads are not straight. Then it cheekily starts a 5 min countdown with a warning not to delay as it will effect the customers rating !! The navigation provided to drivers also needs looking into. Without fail, all the drivers struggled to reach the pickup point in Thamel's narrow lanes.
Not really worth mote than 2 stars. The app presumes that the rider will have to increase the fare. The drivers having this app are also hiking the price at their will.much above the base price.it seems drivers are made aware of the destinations ,due to which many of them do not show interest. Too long to get a driver even if you hike the base price. These are actual problems faced.
I feel like this app is only for foreigners or ppl with a higher exchange rate cuz this is NOT cheap at all. sometimes the drivers even bid a higher num than what's given, if you're car-less and rely on e-hailing, def don't recommend this. so expensive and not everyone can afford it. drivers won't accept yr offer under rm20..
Very unreliable app. Drivers don't accept the request; most of the time you have to offer by increasing the fare. Drivers don't come quickly, seems they wait for other passengers for a better price. Compared to the distance it will ask for more fare. If you're a tourist, it's better to hire a vehicle for your own driving.
Extremely unreliable service! When I needed a cab urgently during an emergency, there were no cars available at all. To make it worse, it feels like they purposely avoid the cheaper fares. every time when I try to book the lowest option, "no drivers found." This is unacceptable for a service people depend on in critical moments. Definitely not trustworthy.
Almost every time I booked a ride the driver would not arrive at the correct destination. It showed correctly on the map yet the driver would arrive somewhere else and then message me asking me where I was. it was quite frustrating and I had to cancel several rides.
hate the fact that when you get a request, the app jams up and takes you to the top up page. and if you don't have cash in the bank account, you need to waste patrol to fine a shop that sells 1voucher(the only voucher that works), and while you won't be allowed to accept requests. 👎👎👎👎
Had a terrible experience with a rider who was extremely rude and tried to score more money out of me when the agreed amount was something else. What's more is that indrive doesn't even have a customer complaint phone number. I had to lodge the complaint through writing, to which they replied "action will be taken". No feedback after. This shows a that there's no culture of accountability and professionalism within the company. For your safety and peace of mind, please do not download this app.
Had a terrible experience with The rider he is rude and he kept forcing me to pay extra fare throughout the trip. When the trip ended, the fare wasn't showing on my phone due to network issues, and he lied and charged me extra money. You should take legal action against him because you're defrauding someone. Stop allowing such drivers on your app.such a worst experience ❌❌
Actually, it was good. until drivers decided to go INSANE raising fares. I can rent a car instead if I have to pay the triple amount of something I could've given a cab. And it's not always a nice car. sometimes it's a dying engine. SERIOUSLY, u have to use some regulations regarding the pricing. I can start a whole goddamn trend to make people aware of this issue. There are more apps to compete when it comes to a suitable price.

After the driver accepts the ride, the map shows the car moving immediately along the navigated route for like a minute. Then it glitches out, and you're completely in the dark. After that happens, you have no idea where the driver is. Location can jump massively or remain stuck for 5 minutes. And out of nowhere you'll get a notification that the driver is outside your pin. Extremely annoying.
The app doesn't work on Vivo phones. I've installed it several times and tried everything, but I can't get past the first screen. I press the Google or Phone buttons, but nothing happens. The app doesn't respond. I can't log into my account. The app's support is absolutely nonexistent. You can write as many emails as you want, but they all go nowhere. They don't care

I used to like this app but now I am really disappointed, there is a lot of problems in the app and it's not about bugs it's about the discounts , when I redeem it , it says we will pay 10% off ur rides for the next 6 days and boom surprise they only pay it once and my coins are gone and my discount is gone because of ur stupid app , not to mention that nearly no one accepts the fare that I put. I should put the fare that the app always recommends
The app and customer support is waste. My documents verification is pending and the message show wait for 24hours. The same has been pending and I cannot even withdraw the amount I have in application. there's no support from customer service even infact they don't have any working number to call and when I emailed them there I receive no response or fake email mentioning it's already done.
Terrible service and completely unprofessional staff. Customer support is useless and doesn’t even try to solve the problem. On top of that, their GPS is always inaccurate — it constantly takes me to the wrong location or causes delays. This isn’t the first time, and clearly, they’re not interested in fixing it. I’ll never use their service again and I strongly advise others to stay away.
The prices are too low compared to the distance you will be travelling and its a disadvantage to us drivers. Sometimes the app ca say you are travelling 6 km but you will find yourself driving more than 10 km and you won't be able to negotiate with the passenger. It's so inaccurate when it comes to map and kilometres. When someone requests a ride it will take you to the wrong pick up point. Your customer service is very poor and unreliable, I contacted them last month but my issue is resolved.
I don't know about other reviews but my experience hasn't been great. Drivers enroll in indrive so that they can extort more money from the passengers. During peak hours the drivers demand double the usual fare. Also the toll charges are not included in the fare, passenger has to pay separately. You might say that it offers the negotiation option but the driver always wins and gets away with more fare. Many times the drivers have asked to cancel the ride before start.
"When I select location for a ride, the shown distance is less but when I accept the ride and navigate, the distance increases. For example, from 32 Chowk Park to Niazi Adda, the actual distance is 13 km but the app shows 8 km. Either the trip accuracy should be corrected or the app should auto-correct the fare in case of increased distance."
