Every time I load a picture, for any reason, the app closes and the email I'm typing or whatever I was doing is lost. You'd think an app based around money wouldn't have that kind of flaw, yet, it does. && my one and only call on the app dropped when I had another incoming call. Like forreal?
Frustrating and disappointing! I buy chrp and no one can give me a number for it. Not the facility or the site. And I can't set up a visit cause when I try to take a picture it kicks me out. Like its not hard enough dealing with this situation as it is. Have to get the run around for everything I do on here too.
It's okay, but it does not ring when my Inmate calls and I always miss the calls. I have the recieve calls on this device checked or enabled on. Why am I missing the calls ? How can I make sure it rings and I can hear it. All notifications are on for this app also. I dont understand. Please help me fix this!... Anyone?
Just downloaded and it literally won't even work. As soon as I click on the app I get the InmateSales words and logo for second and then it goes to a screen telling me, "This app needs internet to function please check your connection and refresh." I tried at least 5× EACH on perfect 5G service and then perfect home Wi-Fi. Closed it out and reopened several times, no other apps running, literally no reason it shouldn't be working. Samsung Galaxy A71 5G.
I downloaded the app, because this is the second time in a week I've made a purchase through inmate sales that there was an issue with. Their minutes start counting the moment you answer the phone too, so in three calls youll have used 5 minutes just listening to the automated messaging system. This whole website and app is a ludicrous scam to get money out of people in already bad positions. I hope an admin sees this and responds. I might change the rating if I get a good answer for this bs.
I switched phones and phone number because my previous phone had broken. and it was just a hassle setting everything back up and just to add one dollar to a negative account of 13 cents to my video visitation costs 1 dollar plus like 5 dollars making a total somewhere around 6 dollars plus. Things are not at all easier with costs and charges like that I mean how could inmate sales allow me to even go over any cents at all without knowing I would be charged that way. It's robbery if you ask
I just downloaded this app and trying to create an account. But it's telling me my number is being recognized and to use the account pin in order to create an account. I do not have an account pin I've never had this app before in my life so it's not letting me go any further than very frustrating. Can you please inform me on what to do next I have tried calling the customer service number and it just stay silent it doesn't even ring almost like it is a non-existing number.
this a wonderful app! Very easy to use and helps give people who have loved ones that are incarcerated, a little piece of mind. It helps make the process of keeping in touch with your loved ones easy to do and manage. It's also very reliable and trustworthy. I will say thank you God for this helpful app! The only problem I have is how outrageously expensive all of the options are!! App holder please lower the prices a little bit! It costs a lot to be in jail as it is. Cut folks some slack please
does it pay off to give small text it takes money regardless of how much you put on it
it's stupid and frustrating and hard to understand ... the only thing it seems to do well is take your money with no explanation on how to use it
