Not a very professional app, the app cannot be used properly without paying the premium and they block certain people untill you pay the premium. I've emailed them and they ignore you. It's not about actually helping people meet, rather about money.

I was on this app for at least 2 years and all I ran into a woman trying to give me for money and pay bills. Then all of a sudden, this app. It was free to brawl and to send message. Then all of a sudden, it became you had to pay. Even I was a long time subscribernow I'm not nothing.

The worst experience ever for a dating app, I already deleted my account on the same day I added.

This app is full of fake IDs. For some reason, when you pay money for the app, accounts starts to get deleted, banned or become unavailable. You have to buy premium $30 for a month, to see who visits, likes or texts you and reply back. I regret buying premium, waste of money

up and down mostly down, not sure if there are bots, but definitely something fishy with some profiles. I failed to find any conversation that was consistent, responsive, and respectful.

Can't even set up your profile. Registration has the worst interfacing I've seen. Essentially, you can't click on what you type or select. App seems to have a cross platform issue with different devices for this to happen. Unfortunate. Could have been better than Muzz.

Pathetic experience already. Can't really navigate through the app. Can't click on messages to open read them. Can't view or eidt my profile. The interface looks simole but is totally unusable as nothing u click on works. Deleting it right now although it was just 1 day that i had set it up. Such a waste of time. :(

This app does not let you send messages unless you pay (and the cost for subscribtion is pretty high). Not a lot of users are active (less than 10k) and many seem to be fake accounts. User interface and user experience is bad, you don't know where to touch when you are viewing a profile.

Very Useful app that easily Connects People

half the buttons/UI do not work. most functions are not functioning. You have time pay to see who you "matched"/liked with.. worse than other apps

So the app is very good but a lot of professional scammers are here! The app developers are trying to block scammers profiles but I think it is not enough! I tried this app a lot and all who I was chatting with were scammers !!! They start very great conversation and give you the outside phone number or Whatsapp but then all will go like " You are the best and I love you! Let's make crypto trading or gold investments"

Too many scams on this app. I would say only 5% of profiles were genuine. This app needs better moderation of users and how accounts are created to prevent this problem.

Endless technical issues, most profiles are fake... A waste of money on premium, the app keeps crashing.

What a pathetic app. You can not even view someone who likes you unless you pay for the subscription.

it's okay there's a lot of fake accounts but I've found 2 people that's really real so that's a good thing but other than that I don't like these fake accounts they are good on getting them banned but it's annoying coming back to the app and seeing old people from a few hours ago that like me send me a message and says account banned

This reveiw is not based on emotion. I've purchased a one week payment and once you make the purchase you'll find out alot and i mean alot of fake profiles. I as a consumer I'm very disappointed in the app mainly because of fake profiles and youll spend alot of time just to find out its a fake profile. i would definitely not recommend this app at all. please to any muslim trying to get married im telling you as a brother do not purchase. They will not give you a refund either.

I couldn't even use it as it was very laggy, I tried updating my info and I entered the wrong country of origin and I could not even change it afterwards, I can't even write a bio or send a message. I click on send or submit but nothing happens.

I don't see how this app is rated so high. It's full of scammers who want to get you off the platform and message on WhatsApp to scam you for money. App is broken in that you see the same few profiles over and over and over. You would think the people you pass on, you wouldn't have to cycle through them but you do. The user base seems to be very small and for the most part trash people who aren't serious but to scam you. For what they charge and what you get. It's a total rip off.

the app is always going down even right now I'm unable to do anything in the app and this is like the 4th or 5th time I have experience a technical problem and I can't even access a technical support person for the app in these cases. Although they do have real ppl and subscribers here the app have a lot of glitches and let downs. I think that I will discontinue my subscription.

paid subscription to an app thats filled with spam profiles asking to take conversation on go telegram. majority profiles are without default pictures hinting its a fake. trying to get my money back.
