Had been working five star, but it is crashing and using a lot of battery.Can you fix this?

This camera is so intelligent and helpful and has so many cool features like, emotion detection, comes with plug adapter if you don't want to bulb it in.

This app is amazing. It notifies you of any motion near your camera with alerts in real time and an actual picture for all movement detected for free and so much more

Absolutely so easy to create an account and set up our cameras. We got these to keep an eye on our fur babies while being at work or away. Highly recommend A++

It keeps shutting down when I try to connect to my Wi-Fi. I uninstalled it and installed it back on my phone and it still does the same thing. I find my WiFi and it shuts down and goes back to my home screen.

There is a major lack in response with the camera. Instavision leads you to believing its only a monthly payment when in fact they take out the whole year in one payment.

I love it one problem I see is the alarming system on it you have to pay I think you should be given something even if its not as strong as the payment option because people love to know they are safe but not feel ripped off not saying the system is that.

This app sucks. Cant get the camera to record, can't get it to play back, the app always freezes, and picture quality is trash. Don't use app or any cameras associated with it

cameras poor quality, unreliable service, constantly disconnect. never return emails and customer service call line will just say they're too busy or closed. go with a different company. trust me

very bad choice the video never loads properly even with camera within a foot of router. The support service told me to get a new camera after wasting an hour of my time running me in circles.i purchased the camera days ago mind you ....so it is new.this is the worst choice in security cameras ive ever made and the app sucks bbc
