Had been working five star, but it is crashing and using a lot of battery.Can you fix this?

This camera is so intelligent and helpful and has so many cool features like, emotion detection, comes with plug adapter if you don't want to bulb it in.

This app is amazing. It notifies you of any motion near your camera with alerts in real time and an actual picture for all movement detected for free and so much more

Absolutely so easy to create an account and set up our cameras. We got these to keep an eye on our fur babies while being at work or away. Highly recommend A++

It keeps shutting down when I try to connect to my Wi-Fi. I uninstalled it and installed it back on my phone and it still does the same thing. I find my WiFi and it shuts down and goes back to my home screen.

There is a major lack in response with the camera. Instavision leads you to believing its only a monthly payment when in fact they take out the whole year in one payment.

I love it one problem I see is the alarming system on it you have to pay I think you should be given something even if its not as strong as the payment option because people love to know they are safe but not feel ripped off not saying the system is that.

This app sucks. Cant get the camera to record, can't get it to play back, the app always freezes, and picture quality is trash. Don't use app or any cameras associated with it

cameras poor quality, unreliable service, constantly disconnect. never return emails and customer service call line will just say they're too busy or closed. go with a different company. trust me

very bad choice the video never loads properly even with camera within a foot of router. The support service told me to get a new camera after wasting an hour of my time running me in circles.i purchased the camera days ago mind you ....so it is new.this is the worst choice in security cameras ive ever made and the app sucks bbc

Application appears to be experiencing difficulties in distinguishing between paying and non-paying individuals. This is the third instance in which I have had to inquire about the absence of a detailed description. it was flawless until the 2nd payment smh!

I really like this app, the ease of use the multi cam live, sd card recording.. One thing is missing, that is the capability to arrange your cameras in the order in which you would like. You know? A drag and drop feature would be really nice.

the camera gives a great picture of what's happening. the picture is clear, easy to make out, alerts. for the cost, I'm impressed. it's very easy to set up. plug it in to a wall outlet & hook up to your wifi. the only "problem" I have is I wish it was wireless. that's just me being picky. plus my camera is in a bedroom window facing out, so the screen & window pane is there. doesn't distort the picture. very nice camera

The camera and quality are great but there is an issue whenever I attenott o playback video from the SD card from within the app. Whether its a loading issue or a collision with the live feed, there needs to be some adjustments for a better flow. Overall, great stuff!

overall good. great picture quality. placement is everything. I had it to close to front door and when someone came into the house it would track them to the door and be stuck there limiting my view of the yard. I placed it in a better location and this solved my problem.

So I installed the app and they automatically had it to show you what premium service is like for free for a week but once that was done it goes to normal but then they block the wifi connection so it won't load live feed unless you pay for the service that has nothing to do with the live feed, and what's the point of an SD card, thought it was to record events happening, so I don't need the service. But it will not load live feed because I don't pay for there service that I don't need

So I've paid the subscription, your "magnificent" camera hasn't recorded anything all night, although the old ones wasn't "ticked" at events, only they show up. But the cloud recordings don't show saved unless you hit filterz and so on, a manual fatigue. So, not really worth any stars, it settles on wifi and mobile data. Very often. You force all the customers who bought your toy, to upgrade, to have a tiresome and unfair experience, after paying £6.49 monthly. Embarrassing, gentlemen!

It would have been nice to know it requires a subscription before I purchased the camera. I can use some basic functions. Can't enable continuous recording as it can't detect my SD card. Also can't seem to control how fast it moves around. I would prefer to pan across slower than mach Jesus.

Poor resolution. Set up was easy. Performance was disappointing. It doesn't follow motion very well. The Home position is static. It does not Scan. I have it mounted in the alley. License plates are not legible even on cars parked illegally in front of the neighbors garage which is fairly close. The Live view works, and then doesn't. Trying to scan (look around) the buttons for direction work intermittently. Maybe it works better indoors.

I'm not able to view my live feeds when I'm not connected to wifi. I have tried everything, signal strength is good, connections good, works great as long as I'm on WiFi but I want to see my cameras when I'm not home as well. I'm very disappointed. I also contacted support and they were no help.
