I’ve been using Instawork: Be your own boss for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that helps you find all kinds of jobs and gigs that fit your schedule. Whether it’s local jobs, shift work, or even online stuff – they’ve got it all. Pretty solid app if you’re into that kind of thing.

Here’s what you do: You sign up, create a profile, and get approved for different positions. Once you’re in, you can see the pay details for each shift and even earn rewards like daily pay and cash bonuses if you’re a Top Pro. There’s also in-app messaging and calling to connect with other Pros and businesses, which is pretty cool. Took me a while to figure out all the features but they’re all useful.

Look, if you’re into the whole gig economy thing, you’ll probably like Instawork. It’s not perfect – the app can be a little buggy sometimes – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you’re looking for flexible work.

So here's my honest take on Instawork: Be your own boss. I've tested a bunch of gig work apps and this one's pretty solid. The variety of jobs and shifts is great, and I like that you can see the pay upfront. The ability to connect with other Pros is a nice touch too. But it's not without its issues - the app can be a bit glitchy at times and the onboarding process isn't the smoothest. Overall though, I'd say it's a pretty good option if you want to find flexible work on your own schedule.
