Don't do it! It's nothing but a scam to get you to join a subscription that's next to impossible to figure out how to cancel. None of these jobs are ever going to materialize for anybody.And they'll scam you out of forty dollars a month.

This is how you cancel your subscription 'cause this app is a SCAM! Go to settings > Click edit profile > Click the three dots at the top right > Select edit > Scroll down until bottom > Select Manage Intch Subscription Just follow the steps there and you'll eventually cancel your subscription. Do not fall for this app. It is useless. Please. Just save your money and time 🤣

The app promises a lot but clearly disappoints with the match it gives. Half of the time the jobs matched with are totally irrelevant. The effort of getting a reference even before you begin search seems like a sly way to just get more users to the app, and nowhere helping a job seeker. The limit of 10 matches that they seem to think is helping is actually doubling my effort of searching for a relevant connection. worst is asking to pay before using the service. 😡

This app is completely unhelpful. They take your money and then if you aren't successful, their response is "sorry that's not ideal". Also, it's essentially all AI so if that's something that bothers you, run far away.

These guys are scammers - pure and simple. Be very careful signing up, they use predatory practices, give no warning you're about to be charged, and then refuse to give a refund even if you cancel immediately and request one, citing their policy. Reputable companies that are ethical and can be trusted don't operate in this way.

nothing of value offered, deliberately difficult to cancel. actually has deliberately misleading help articles on the Google play site to prevent you from cancelling. - Go into your profile, it's right at the bottom below your addresses. all the help articles point you to Google subscriptions where it doesn't actually appear. better yet. don't subscribe, it's worthless.

absolutely terrible, stay far away. They trick you with deception (mention a trial period then deny it) and refuse to offer a refund seconds after purchase when they deny the misinformation. And they don't even offer what they advertised. Total wasted of time and money.

do notttttt download this. It's a scam! I got the app and tried setting up my profile but was so frustrated because it kept freezing that I canceled my subscription, not even an hour after purchasing it. They won't refund me even though I can't use the damn thing.

I activated Premium Intch to search for a remote job, but after first day of scrolling through many listings, I realized it is useless. I wanted to cancel the subscription, but there was no way to do that from app or web, and then I forgot to do that until today when I was charged 40 dollars, without any notice that trial expired. I emailed immediately, but they would not refund. Extremely bad experience with the app itself and customer service. Beware if you want to try this!!!!

Terrible waste of money. Avoid at all costs. This app is poorly designed, riddled with bugs and not user-friendly at all. I couldn't even finish my profile completely, never mind looking for and applying for the posted jobs. Speaking of which, the offers don't match our profiles as promised. I found ONE potential and the application button didn't work anyway! I have a brand new Samsung phone with no issues. This is a thinly-veiled scam I'm sure of it.

For multiple accessibility reasons, I can't switch to horizontal mode. Because of that, I was stuck in a never-ending loop that I couldn't get put of, even after uninstalling & reinstalling twice. Would love to work with them, but I uninstalled & canceled my subscription within less than an hour

I subscribed for only one month, but they kept charging me without clear notice or an easy way to cancel. The subscription management is hidden and misleading, making it difficult to stop recurring payments. When I reached out for a refund, they offered extra months instead of resolving the unauthorized charges. This experience felt dishonest and unprofessional. I do not recommend this platform to anyone looking for transparent and ethical service. Very disappointed.

This app is still in development. I'll comment fairly because I haven't used it that much, but you guys seem to be having problems unsubscribing. Simply click edit on your profile , click the 3 dotted besides the share button. Scroll down until you see the Manage subscription, when you see the link, make sure to open it in a browser, you might not get in using your phone. Hope it helps!

Not as expected. Marketed as a consulting and freelance/remote connection but it's hard to navigate and full of FT job listings that are posted everywhere else for free. The app is very difficult to navigate, experience options are limited, filter/search options are poor. Trying to cancel and get a refund now through their customer service email after only using for a few minutes because you can't cancel on the app.

Scam service. Their platform was inaccessible upon subscribing, and then over the course of back-and-forth over a couple of days, they refused to warrant a reversal of the charge. Save your money, effort, and frustrations by not even going there to begin with. How whole companies can exist, even for a short time, with this type of *not* standing behind the platform, is beyond me.

Not what you think it is + poor customer experience. Not a directory of contract opportunities like I expected. Very poorly organized: no way to filter opportunities by industry, specialty, or location. Also trying to cancel my subscription and get a refund was the biggest hassle I've ever experienced from an app. My suggestion: don't waste your time. It's a Bait and switch!

Beware if you subscribe through Android app. It was not a useful app for me and there is no subscription cancelation option in the app. After contacting Intch App support and many emails back and forth they finally said they cannot help me and that I needed to contact paypal and google. Intch does not appear as a subscription in google, it just hits when they charge me so I cannot cancel through either of them. Still trying to cancel it.

I did not find any quality job opportunities on this app, and overall it provided no real value. On top of that, the subscription process feels misleading. The app auto-subscribes and extends the introductory trial without clear notice, and once the new billing period starts, they refuse refunds—even if you cancel after just one day. This seems intentional and leaves a bad impression.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. They hid the fee, and then wouldn't give a refund "per their policy". So, I took the loss and proceeded anyway but there isn't a good pool of jobs on here, people dont reply, and it is a waste of time after setting up your whole profile. There isn't much to look for and I've been using this for a few months now. Maybe the UX is simple, probably only pro I can find. Everything else just does not live up to its purpose, especially for the cost it was for.
