i just noticed the permissions this app has. Audio recording, photo and video.... for an app that is supposed to help me manage a wifi router.... why? i think not.

I'm trying to create an account but the app won't let me. It either crashes or errors out. It's really pissing me off. The ISP name is Intellipop

App crashes every time my screen times out. You have to close the app and log back in. I emailed support as an ISP provider and no response. Will update review if I get resolve. Update: This has been resolved since April 2024 after I made a ticket inquiring with ADTRAN support. Thank you!

Lacks a advanced feature rather than access via ip address

The app is absolutely badly written piece of software. Crashes every single time. Unable to do basic things.

Update: Now working and able to access. Seems pretty good, lots of features and easier to navigate and use over the webpage. Will test further and maybe update to 5 stars. Original review: Does not work. I have pre existing WiFi network and this app will not connect to the router even though select connect to existing network. I have changed the SSID from supplied but surely this should be smart enough not to care about that??

Pretty poor tbh. Not the easiest or well thought through menu items. Often hard to find what you're looking for. And why is there no reboot option the app? As it stands the only way to reboot the router is to pull the power plug out. Given how often routers need rebooting this is pretty poor. The app needs looking at.

You dont offer a desktop app for windows im tired of being tied to my phone to manage my modem and router. The app is nice i would also suggest a dark mode since alot of places now offer this option. Also a desktop app would make managing stuff and typing in information faster and monitoring things easier than stopping to open a phone up!
