The majority of profiles appear to be fake. The app is poorly designed and lacks credibility. Avoid using it unless mandatory verification is introduced.
Can't upload a picture, or messages without paying for their premium service. waste of time, what a rip-off
I’ve been trying to upload my photos for over a week, and they keep disappearing minutes after they show as “successfully added.” I’ve followed every guideline — clear face, no filters, under 10MB, proper format — and even contacted support. I submitted a ticket (which still hasn’t been answered properly), tried reinstalling the app, using different devices, cropping the pics — nothing works. I can't even use the app properly or respond to messages because of this. Really disappointed
I find it good . there were few scammers , sure. but they were plenty of real people (I think). the response I got was overwhelming so I log out already. only logged in to write my review

i love this app, unfortunately now it is asking me to verify my email by adding my phone number. When i try to verify it does not show my country's code which is Seychelles. Since i cannot verify, unfortunately i will not be able to use this app. Therefore i had to delete my account 😔
Full of fake accounts. Even verified accounts can be fake. Cupid needs to cross reference images uploaded, which it doesn't. Update, admin does nothing. Reported multiple fake accounts, no action taken.
