Been using the InTolerApp: Histamine & FODMAP for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that lets you quickly check if a product is safe for your dietary intolerances. Pretty solid if you have issues with stuff like histamine, fructose, lactose, or gluten.
Here’s what you can do – you just scan the barcode on a product and it tells you what intolerances it has. There’s also a big database of common foods so you can look them up. It’s got a bunch of filters too, so you can see what’s good for vegans, vegetarians, or people with nut allergies. Took me a while to figure out all the features but it’s super useful once you get the hang of it.
Look, if you have dietary restrictions, you’ll probably really like this app. It’s not perfect – the database could be bigger and the interface is a little clunky at times – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you wanna avoid having a bad reaction to stuff.
