Really weird that they ask for a driver's license picture,front and back. That is open to identity theft. They should ask only for front picture ID
only bad part is couples. husband did account but didn't ID w/ him & there was no way to add another person to his account so I could upload my ID.

Easy system to use.
Please Invitation Homes, I begging you, please set up my trash removal that I've paid for 2 months included in my rent payment. Reimburse me for having to set up and pay for my own trash removal as I should not have to pay you and Red Oak Sanitation. Some invisible persons named "Larry" or "Beth" will see the review, private message me, promise me they are sending this issue priority to upper manage then ...nothing. It is just rubbish removal. there is no way it is this difficult for you.
Do NOT use this company if you value your sanity. Additional monthly fees were added after the fact that wasn't made apparent ahead of time. The individual we had contact with couldn't help us to save their lives. When trying to resolve issues they caused (duplicate charges, not performing their job function, etc.) we were bounced between multiple people who said the others were responsible. Don't even get me started on their "maintenance". Terrible company. Move along and find another.
App is terrible. Has to update every time you use it and nothing ever changes. Wish I could give it less than one star
scammed out of 1000 dollars do not trust these people in a place and someone showed up and said I have to be out in the morning or they are calling the cops with nowhere to go now that my lease up from last place
