Really weird that they ask for a driver's license picture,front and back. That is open to identity theft. They should ask only for front picture ID

only bad part is couples. husband did account but didn't ID w/ him & there was no way to add another person to his account so I could upload my ID.

They have nice reasonable homes!!! I'm looking at an Invitation Home!! It is very nice!!!

Easy system to use.

Please Invitation Homes, I begging you, please set up my trash removal that I've paid for 2 months included in my rent payment. Reimburse me for having to set up and pay for my own trash removal as I should not have to pay you and Red Oak Sanitation. Some invisible persons named "Larry" or "Beth" will see the review, private message me, promise me they are sending this issue priority to upper manage then ...nothing. It is just rubbish removal. there is no way it is this difficult for you.

Do NOT use this company if you value your sanity. Additional monthly fees were added after the fact that wasn't made apparent ahead of time. The individual we had contact with couldn't help us to save their lives. When trying to resolve issues they caused (duplicate charges, not performing their job function, etc.) we were bounced between multiple people who said the others were responsible. Don't even get me started on their "maintenance". Terrible company. Move along and find another.

App is terrible. Has to update every time you use it and nothing ever changes. Wish I could give it less than one star

scammed out of 1000 dollars do not trust these people in a place and someone showed up and said I have to be out in the morning or they are calling the cops with nowhere to go now that my lease up from last place

This company has been terrific to deal with. The entire process has been good and easy.

So this morning when asked to update app I did and now all of a sudden I can't access my payment portal.I tried every way I could and it only gives me access to update profile or change password ..

The app worked great before the last update. Now the Self Guided Tour flow is broken, and you are directed to a 'Contact us' link instead, thus you cannot get a tour going.

App would be great if the 360 tours worked. They all showed an error. Same issue on the website too.

The only thing worse than this app is actually renting through Invitation Homes. Don't even bother with the app, you're going to have a horrible time with this incompetent company regardless.

The app was great but my move out was awful they have never physically seen the inside of my home because they purchased it while it was owned by another company and charged me for all these repairs that were problems when I moved in I do not recommend living in an invitation home

This app is awesome for homeowners. It has everything you need for keeping up with your home in just a few taps. We've had a couple minor work orders done and Andy White was our maintenance guy both times. He was a very polite and informed worker, he had images we uploaded through the app and he knew right away exactly what needed to be done. Very cool and efficient app.

I'm not sure if this is legit. Haven't seen anyone say whether they have successfully gained a home through this app. When I was denied for the houses I put an application in, they said they would send an email explaining why. I never got an email and can't get through to anyone who can tell me why I was denied and it's 55$ per application.

don't fall for this, if you need to make a payment, it has to be on the website, don't fall for the scammers. also this place tries to put internet and air filters and charge you for other stuff that isn't explained to you and plus this place already has a bunch of lawsuits because of all the stuff they did. if someone says they are the owner of the property, that's a lie and most likely a scammer. don't believe anyone that asks you for money outside of the website like using zelle and what not.

We went to view a property two other potential tenants showed up. We were all speaking with different agents who were quoting different prices. Agents need to definitely let potential customers know they need to download the app and have that information all put together before showing up to view the property. It became so frustrating that we just hung up and left because it was so unorganized that we thought it was probably a scam!

the app is very convenient, I love that you have the option to do a self tour.
