We had two questions for this app pretty simple you hit support you type or text your message and hit send and has an issue with the internet connection now no other device in our home or business has an issue with the internet except this app and we've tried it many times so there's no way to contact customer support directly because your app claims that there is no internet connection When You're darn sure is good luck with this one

While it was not working I used another app because I needed to send an invoice straight away, but I will keep using this app the others went so good 👍.
Since using the app from 2016 and I haven't experienced any problem with the app when you send the quotation to a client it also showes that the client has opened the quotation and the client can sign can and you can also sign online so it's easy for small business to use it so I really love it. And again its affordable
Been very happy with the performance of this app as well as web version. Had one glitch that seemed to clear up. I bring that up because I emailed customer service and got a response rather quickly. What impressed me was the follow up emails to make sure things were working flawlessly. I've had other invoicing programs that was next to impossible to get a response from. But to have a follow up email gave me the confidence to know this is the app to stay with. Web version and app work seamlessly.
The best app so far. It works wonders and can even work on free mode. Been using it for years without a problem and I recommend it. Love that fact that your own customers can also sign if you choose to make that option available. You can edit easily and send either via email,whatsapp etc..
Unfortunately it's missing one very important feature, there is no "Reciept" feature, otherwise it would be pretty damn close to being perfect. Edited: Gone back to this app after a couple of years away, and wondering why the app won't display my logo a png file.
Very easy and useful app. Could improve by providing copy and paste. Also billing could be clearer. No notifications are received when payment is due. Also the option to import a photo does not work anymore. I have tried numerous times to get help with this issue to no avail.
Exquisite invoicing App for my new business as it's free if you do not exceed 5 invoices in a month. I am currently within that category and as my business grows, I will subscribe to a paid plan. What also thrills me about the App is its easy-to-use interface and thoughtful sections like company logo. A suggestion would be to convert an estimate to an invoice. Thanks.
I find it to be super useful, and use it more often than i thought. However there are a few things that i wish had the option for me to edit what i want or need to be in that section and not whatever the ap has in said spot. Im sure as time goes foward changes will happen. Besides small changes that i personally would like to see changed, the ap is super useful and saves me time from hand delivery or snail mail. Thanks
Absolutely love this app. I was paying $50 per month for housecall pro and was happy but it was too expensive. Then, I found invoice bee and havent looked back. It would be nice if there was an option that will show cleaning services the Google exterior view with square footage, how many bedrooms and baths there is also. Housecall pro did that and no other service industry app does. may be a good thing to look into.
Looks great but it's really annoying when I enter an item I have to click SAVE every single time otherwise I have to type it all over again. I haven't used the email features since I only use it for keeping track expenses. Pretty expensive and does NOT meet my expectations.
Inside invoice bee is the ability to accept credit cards. When you go to that screen and set up it will not link to the credit card processor. Numerous contacts with invoice bee support they do not understand the problem and think it could be a bug. Beware of this program it would be best find a different program that will do all your needs for taking care of your customers.
This is the only way I could message the support center. I am having several issues with the app. I cannot preview the app on a PDF file as well as some clients can't sign documents. Also I've tried numerous times to reach out to the support center but I am unable to send a message because it tells me I have bad internet connection. I want to make this clear I do not have any internet problems this is the apps problem. I already paid for the Year so please fix the problems.
I've used this for a couple of years but I will now be looking for a new app. Out of the blue the app on my phone lost its login information and when I try to reset it it tells me my email address doesn't exist. Same issue on the desktop version with no option to get hold of customer support in a timely manner. This is causing major issues for my income stream!
I used to move around with a laptop to make quotations and at times it was difficult to use a laptop because power is a challenge in my country Zimbabwe, but using a laptop became a thing of the past after discovering this Invoice app because I can now do everything on the phone and track my clients saved in my app and do a reconcilliation with ease or simply copy a quotation to be an invoice. Wonderful app! I recently started a new job and it's contract work. So I need to invoice twice a month and I remember when someone told me about Invoice Bee. I immediately downloaded it and made the perfect, most professional looking invoice within minutes! I couldn't be more pleased!!
Having major dramas with this app. It is saying off-line on all devices and won't let me send or edit any invoices. I have sent numerous emails but have had no response.. I'm hoping a poor review captures the attention of the people who run this outfit respond. Doubting there's even any humans involved because there isn't any phone number. My business is in meltdown if this isn't resolved. Steer clear and seek an app where they rectify issues that arise promptly.
Update - the app is very glitchy. Castomer care failed to solve multiple device synchronisation problem and suggested to use another app regardless. Information does not show up after adding new customer or items. Invoice gets stuck and shows only preview option so can not send, take payment etc. All this happens and remains for a while just to make you frustrated. Closing the app, restarting app etc. does not work. If i was not stuck, would have moved to another app. Changed to 3 star.
Help!!! This seems to be the only way I can contact invoice bee. I desperately need to send out invoices to cover my bills etc. But there is no internet connection!!!! Invoice bee app says its at my end. But it definitely is not!! Doesn't work on any device. I don't want to have to change invoice apps. But need this issue fixing today. It's happened a few times before. It's a big problem for me
It was ok until about ten minutes ago and I'm trying to get paid and it says I have an Internet connection issue, which I don't. Every other feature on my phone is working fine. So here I am trying to get paid and can't send an invoice. Little embarrassing and unprofessional looking. Also can't contact there supposed support! Another thing is if you go back and look at your old sent invoices the pictures you attach are no longer viewable. Kind of lame for 5.99 a month.
