It's been a frustrating experience. I've been trying to resolve an issue with the link notification not working for over three months now. They’re quick to take payments, but when I stopped paying, they deleted all my contact details and customer information—despite being with them for over three years. The way they've handled this is absolutely unacceptable.

I had issues with other programs that stop working as far a email thank you

great app for invoicing will be. along term user and very generous free trial. can't fault currently. highly recommend.

I love this app! Used free version for over a year with no problems,so I went to paid version. Both worked and works great.

I have used this app for all my invoicing, for 3 years now. I've given it only 3 stars because, it's just lacking in everything it does. For example, this year, the email that's pre typed, is one long sentence. Invoices numbers, have to be manual entered. Summaries dont calculate. It's hard to "confirm payment" I also think, £22 for a year is overpriced, for an app that's not 5*.

it would be nice if you added a topic slot on the overview, so that we can see what job it is and not just the client

Not bad features. A little clunky to get started. Besides the false start attempts where the company insisted that I inputted it in wrong, even though it is an automatic input for me and it wasn't until they asked what email address I used (which I once again auto sent them did it work within hours afterwards. I appreciate the assistance, but don't forget "The customer is always right"; STOP trying to put the onus on the customer. I found it unsettling customer relations.

poor customisation for the invoices.. I paid for this app and still keeps asking me to give it rate

I love the fact that i can create track and send invoices to clients through mail. Very easy to use interface and less complex creating invoices.I would hve love to rate higher but have some things limiting to me. 1. If the "thank you mails for payments" are accompanied but their respective receipts as that of invoices, it would be much more better. 2. If a receipt tap is added to the application such as thise of invoices, estimates, proformas, etc compiling all payments made it will be good

this app does not keep track of the payment due dates and change status of the invoice accordingly. You have to update manually. For some reason invoice payment date gets pushed out to 6 months automatically when the due date is missed.

Great app, simple to use. Have been using for years now. tried tradify for a while and acc switched back to this. would highly recommend.

absolutely trash, 5 invoices annually are free, they don't mention it till then, so you'll make 5 invoices that look different from the rest, it was free for years... RIP

This app will loose you money! App will update and automatically change payments and amounts due. Customer service is an absolute joke. I don't recommend at all!!! Heading to quickbooks.

I am rewriting a new review for this app. I have really come to enjoy it and it works very smooth on both Apple and Android. I'm also very happy to see them updating it continuously over the last couple years, it's nice to see them support their product in such a large way. once you understand how the invoices and estimates work, everything is incredibly easy to manage and send out.

i liked the app until I chanced to premium, i selected monthly billing. They charged me a one-time annual fee of $260.43 instead of monthly. So I canceled to attempt monthly again, it tells me I have to wait until my current subscription expires (if it expires they delete ALL invoices). I will go out of my way to tell others to steer clear of this app unless they fix this

I’ve been using this application for a while, and after reinstalling it, I missed only four days of payment because I was away for the Independence Celebration holiday. When I came back, I found that the app failed to properly check my account and completely deleted all my customer and grants information. This is unacceptable. Important data should not disappear so easily. Please email me, as I urgently need some of my deleted data recovered.Because of this experience, I cannot recommend this

Used billdu now for 2 years, They update it every 6 months only for the app to work worse, support is 0 help as well. We told them you can't send invoices via email because they show up as "deleted", they said "nobody has reported this problem" and then offered no help, even after the second time reporting the same issue. Meanwhile they have more than doubled the price for their unlimited customers. We would rate them lower if we could. If you want to keep your clients, do NOT use this app.

Used for about 4 years now, very good and simple to use. Something I'd like to request is a subject or text line visible on the list of documents page, which will allow me to name an invoice instead of just seeing the client name. I often have multiple invoices to the same client - being able to single out documents on the doc page, by titling them with property address (in my case), would make things a little easier. If this is already a feature, could you enlighten me..😃

Very easy to use. I like the ease the app provides by entering the information and the system formats and calculates everything for you. It also saves me time with access to my account on the go, because I can estimate a project on the spot and email the client instantaneously so they can have an idea of what there expense will be. I like that I can also add things like taxes, discounts and measurements.

So far we are pretty impressed with app. Great price User friendly. My only down side is on the invoices when a customer has given a deposit I reflect it on the invoice and the total price still shows original amount at bottom right. We have had customers get confused. Where total is it should have another line with new total automatically adjusted not just listed. As we all know customers just look at numbers they don't calculate the difference. The invoice should do that automatically.
