it's very difficult to unsubscribe or change payment plans. no way to check which card is linked etc

I initially gave this app a bad review. However full disclosure, it was user error and not the apps fault. I thought it would be unfair to punish the app due to my own faults. It was a moment of frustration when I needed an invoice out urgently and was frustrated the app wouldn't let me do what I wanted. I have used this app for over a year and I wouldn't use anything else.

This app is very cool and easy to use. It helps me generate unique receipts and invoices and also keeps track of payments. I totally recommend it for business owners.

The app needs better navigation tools. Like being able to consolidate customers into one group. Also after you search for a customer and need to go back to the search bar it takes you all the way back to the beginning and not to the last search you did. It's very frustrating.

I pay every month for your service, but I cannot create a receipt because it says “Free plan limit reached.” This is unacceptable since I am on a paid plan. Please fix this issue immediately.

Not happy at all, bought a gift card 5 hours ago to redeem for upgrading my invoice plan. It keeps saying I must give them more details when there is only the Code Column and the Scan Code Colmn to fill. Sent information for help and nothing has been done! It's so frustrating, am very disappointed It's my first time to use this app, I already have bad experience!

Absolutely Awesome but got kicked out at the last minute when the plan expired. Would be great if there was an option to start the paid plan on a selected date. Dissapointed.....
