Unprofessional and disconcerting. None of my paid invoices were actually pulled from the customer’s card, and subsequently sent to me, until I email bookipi. Every time. Had been using the free version for years and it was so easy to use. The paid version is horrible. it’s very hard to retrieve old invoices. It’s been a rough ride filing for sales tax since I have to click through literally a thousand things to find anything. NOT USER-FRIENDLY AT ALL. STAY AWAY
