Some things could be improved. I would like the (save for future invoices) button to stay off instead of having me shut it off every single invoice. To be able to search for any word instead of just the title would be great. Be able to hold down on one invoice and bring up a bunch of circles to one side so I can mass pick them. Something like that would be nice to hit up a bunch of paid or delete options.

The app Bookipi itself is okay but their payment app STRIPE IS THE WORST! The fees are ridiculous and on top of that you have to wait days for the money to be processed through the app. The payment app has cost me more than $4,000 in business because I have deadlines that I can't meet until I get money to buy the materials and I have to wait a week to receive an electronic payment that should happen within minutes.

Used it once, no issues. Then I received a verification email and set up a password. No problem. Today I went to log in and it asked for my name. I entered it and there's no continue button, just stuck on that screen. So I tried again, same result. Then I tried going back to "log in with google" and it sits and spins, doing nothing more, so I'm off to find a functional app. Edit in response: I clearly stated the issue.

No phone support. Email only. Users are at the mercy of wherever they want to respond. They don't work every day. Average wait time for a response is 2-4 DAYS. And guess what happens after they respond & the issue still isn't fixed? That's right, wait ANOTHER 2-4 DAYS! My credit card processing stopped working after about a year of use. It's been about 2 weeks, i still can't get the $3500 I'm owed even though my client tried to pay me twice through their service. Find an app with phone support!

After navigating the app it became easier and easier. Very professional . Easily adaptable. The phone app is a little different than the pc view. Wish the pc app would be able to show income and expenses like the phone. If It does I can not find it. I like the phone view in that area better. Glad i can make and send an invoice through my phone but pc view is always superior. Would like more options for pc.

Been using this app for around 4 years. Best I've used. Easy to get a professional look. Perfect for my side hustle needs. Bonus to be able to see past year reports. Even better that you can sync it to Expense Bookipi to figure out actual profits. Best thing is they are always listening to the users for improvements. What more can you ask for. I just hope the don't start charging like other apps did hence why I chose Bookipi and glad I did.

I've tried several of these. This app is super easy and full featured. I love that it isn't easy to lose your work like so many others. I have used several that reload the screen every time you leave the screen to switch apps, message reply, answer call, & in some cases just checking the notification drop down, not even leaving the screen. I can't tell you how many hours of work I lost to this major flaw in other apps. Got my vote and I'll tell all the trades I work with to check you out too!

I used to love this app. Yes I have the paid version. Very cheap. My only complaint is the amount of adds that have recently started to become an inconvenience. Also they started offering payment processing and when a client opens the invoice email on their end it could be considered misleading by the way its formatted. I have the " don't allow payments through the app " option selected but it still allows clients to attempt to pay through the app causing me to have to explain to my clients.

Best invoice app I have come across. With the ability to personalize the invoices and other forms it gives, to the end of the month, quarter and year reports the app produces. It allows you to see where your business is flourishing and shows you the places where you might have to step it up a little. All of the information the app produces and the ease of sending invoices and collecting payments online. You will be SHOCKED to find out it ALL IS FREE, thank you so much developers of Bookipi!

I love the invoice part of the app! I like the layout and ease of use. The only reason for the 2 stars is the difficulty in reaching and having a conversation with customer service. The "live" chat is never live, emails are responded to but the delay sucks when there is an urgent issue. I turned off card payments on the invoice, but a client was able to pay using a card. I never got the funds but it came out there account and customer support has been no help unfortunately. May keep, may not.

Unprofessional and disconcerting. None of my paid invoices were actually pulled from the customer's card, and subsequently sent to me, until I email bookipi. Every time. And they didn't actually respond to my emails, the invoices just magically paid out. The payouts option isn't even available until the payment goes through, so that isn't it. They just give out receipts with confirmation numbers, then never process.

I've used Bookipi for a few years now, and I appreciated the easy interphase and management on the invoices. However. I just got a pop up that I cannot create anymore invoice and have to now signup to a membership fee? Are you kidding me! I used this app because it suited my needs as a small business owner. I will be taking my business elsewhere now, I can't be bothered to pay for a service that is costing so much where it didn't cost a dime. I'm so over apps trying to always push membership

Warning!!! *SCAM* Do not use this app to invoice anyone, even if you turn off payments, the app still sends your customer the option to pay the invoice online thru them. There is no way to turn it off on customer side. On your side it will appear it is off. When you preview the invoice it will not show on your side,but on their end the invoice shows option to pay,and when they pay you, the app keeps your money!!! Don't do it!!! Please!!

Be careful! They now enable a link to take payments with stripe without the owners permission to take payments. That should only be an option to turn on! It doesn't even show up on your copy of the invoice! I had to sign up for stripe to get paid, now they take a ridiculous amount of fees and I have to wait a week for my funds to hit my account. This option needs to be turned off in your settings when it should have never been active without a stripe account in the first place!

Bait and switch, i used to love this app. they advertised free invoicing for small businesses, out of nowhere. They restrict you from creating invoices and now want you to pay a subscription, disappointed I will be switching to Zoho asap Everybody, I suggest you do the same Check out zoho, it is just as good, if not better, free unlimited invoicing- **** below response isn't accurate, I can't even create a new blank invoice without prompt for a subscription, I just switched to zoho, A+++++++

horrible updates. The last one doesn't function for my uses, so I can't keep on doing invoices like this. how can i undo the last update. to many updates had a new twist, so you had to learn all over. a year and 1/2 ago was simpler. had free versions for many years with less trouble, user-friendly, could enlarge fonts for easier reading. these updates have me reconsidering.

Have had this app for over 2 years I think, never cost a cent, was awesome. Got all my work mates onto it etc, suddenly without notice I can't make another invoice without paying over 20 a month. All I use it for is invoices nothing else so it's not worth it and now I have to find another way to send invoices. No notice means I have to do this before I can send out my latest invoice which means my pay will be delayed. Suddenly this app has become a major source of frustration. Thanks bookipi

Have been using this app for invoices since i first started my business. Now I log on today to send an invoice to one of my customers and it is no longer free. This is beyond frustrating. Now i have to find a new app and transfer all of my customers information. Thanks for not letting anyone know that your invoice app would not only become pay to use but way more expensive than any invoicing app i see. this is a joke it cost more to use than the advertising i do for my business.

I've been using this app for years. Randomly, they forced us to pay to use it. After paying for the first time, the app doesn't work properly. I add an item to the invoice, click save, then it never adds the item to the invoice. ive tried to reset the app, force stop, reset my phone. Nothing works.

Had been using the free version for years and it was so easy to use. The paid version is horrible. it's very hard to retrieve old invoices. It's been a rough ride filing for sales tax since I have to click through literally a thousand things to find anything. NOT USER-FRIENDLY AT ALL. STAY AWAY
