Some things could be improved. I would like the (save for future invoices) button to stay off instead of having me shut it off every single invoice. To be able to search for any word instead of just the title would be great. Be able to hold down on one invoice and bring up a bunch of circles to one side so I can mass pick them. Something like that would be nice to hit up a bunch of paid or delete options.

The app Bookipi itself is okay but their payment app STRIPE IS THE WORST! The fees are ridiculous and on top of that you have to wait days for the money to be processed through the app. The payment app has cost me more than $4,000 in business because I have deadlines that I can't meet until I get money to buy the materials and I have to wait a week to receive an electronic payment that should happen within minutes.

Used it once, no issues. Then I received a verification email and set up a password. No problem. Today I went to log in and it asked for my name. I entered it and there's no continue button, just stuck on that screen. So I tried again, same result. Then I tried going back to "log in with google" and it sits and spins, doing nothing more, so I'm off to find a functional app. Edit in response: I clearly stated the issue.

No phone support. Email only. Users are at the mercy of wherever they want to respond. They don't work every day. Average wait time for a response is 2-4 DAYS. And guess what happens after they respond & the issue still isn't fixed? That's right, wait ANOTHER 2-4 DAYS! My credit card processing stopped working after about a year of use. It's been about 2 weeks, i still can't get the $3500 I'm owed even though my client tried to pay me twice through their service. Find an app with phone support!

After navigating the app it became easier and easier. Very professional . Easily adaptable. The phone app is a little different than the pc view. Wish the pc app would be able to show income and expenses like the phone. If It does I can not find it. I like the phone view in that area better. Glad i can make and send an invoice through my phone but pc view is always superior. Would like more options for pc.

Been using this app for around 4 years. Best I've used. Easy to get a professional look. Perfect for my side hustle needs. Bonus to be able to see past year reports. Even better that you can sync it to Expense Bookipi to figure out actual profits. Best thing is they are always listening to the users for improvements. What more can you ask for. I just hope the don't start charging like other apps did hence why I chose Bookipi and glad I did.

I've tried several of these. This app is super easy and full featured. I love that it isn't easy to lose your work like so many others. I have used several that reload the screen every time you leave the screen to switch apps, message reply, answer call, & in some cases just checking the notification drop down, not even leaving the screen. I can't tell you how many hours of work I lost to this major flaw in other apps. Got my vote and I'll tell all the trades I work with to check you out too!

I used to love this app. Yes I have the paid version. Very cheap. My only complaint is the amount of adds that have recently started to become an inconvenience. Also they started offering payment processing and when a client opens the invoice email on their end it could be considered misleading by the way its formatted. I have the " don't allow payments through the app " option selected but it still allows clients to attempt to pay through the app causing me to have to explain to my clients.

Best invoice app I have come across. With the ability to personalize the invoices and other forms it gives, to the end of the month, quarter and year reports the app produces. It allows you to see where your business is flourishing and shows you the places where you might have to step it up a little. All of the information the app produces and the ease of sending invoices and collecting payments online. You will be SHOCKED to find out it ALL IS FREE, thank you so much developers of Bookipi!

I love the invoice part of the app! I like the layout and ease of use. The only reason for the 2 stars is the difficulty in reaching and having a conversation with customer service. The "live" chat is never live, emails are responded to but the delay sucks when there is an urgent issue. I turned off card payments on the invoice, but a client was able to pay using a card. I never got the funds but it came out there account and customer support has been no help unfortunately. May keep, may not.
