After Using APP for our business this app is not perfect but it's done an ok/ better work. It hasn't had an UPdate in Many months June 2020. Hope they can make some Upgrades. The web platform is great it needs the + item on headings like the app has. Also make Heders more highlighted so Customer don't get confused with regular items. App needs an Update ASAP. it crashes all the time. Just check all critical reviews. Please. Make this app go to 5* We love the platform

Exactly what I was looking for! The first day using it I inputted 5 contracts. I also included pics of the job scope as well as a pic of my regular contract with a receipt. Because of this app I closed 20% of my quotes. Thanks again!

I used JobFlex for about a year prior to Covid. During quarantine I shut it down: No income means no outgo! I'm back up and restarting it now. Yes, there have been glitches with the software, customer service, and non delivered quotes. Jobflex took care of it all. In my world everyone falls down once in awhile, but it's not the falling down that matters as much as how you get back up! I prefer to work with companies that know "S--t" happens, and is STRONG enough and smart enough to apologize and rise to the challenge and the needs of the moment. In my book they and their product passed the test with flying colors!

I have had this app for 2 years. Its not a bad app to use. Recently haven't been able to get into my account and for some reason can't receive an email to update password. I have emailed support for weeks now with not 1 reply. Terrible customer service

Very professional and useful app for my business. Create estimates in detail, add photos, modify terms and conditions, warranty info, payment info...and print it out! Good to keep for yours and the customers records...its ALL there, in black & white. Easy to use . Love it!

Great , but has bugs and needs some more options. App content updates only after i click each invoice or quote , for example i will be on Desktop and create either quote or invoice( and email button wont work on desktop, so i go to mobile to send it.) the information is not updated on the app unless i individually select each one that i know has changed on Desktop, then it will show correctly. ... Features also that would be great would to have photos on invoice to show completed job or to show start to finish. Thank you

The app is great all but where the customer has to sign the estimates or the contract way to complicated when you preview the estimates or contracts you should be able to just click on the signature line and sign right there if you dont have service they can not even sign the estimates . You fix that problem you have a 5 star app

No support for over a year. Did not respond to multiple emails, or phone calls ( get the answering service everytime). Was a good app to the actual customer support for the first six or seven months and then nothing. if I did not have so many customers tied up in this app and records I would drop it in a heartbeat.

I built my business with this application. The professional look and ease of use is great. The best part, allowing my customers to sign a quote through email. Another huge benefit is the JobFlex cloud. If you lose your phone everything is backed up. The one thing that would push this app over the top would be to draw up quotes on the computer through the JobFlex portal, instead of always having to do it on the phone.

Best thing since Vodka! I have used this app, upgraded and purchased the monthly subscription, and it has gotten me sooooo many compliments from my customers, it's unbelievable! So professional and easy to use! I would recommend this to anyone who needs to send multiple estimates, multiple times a day, to multiple customers!

Great app. Best one ive found. very easy to use. one thing would be nice is if i could write two different prices on same quote. Maybe its possible but when i add quantity theres not like a second option if one were to use a cheaper material so i end up writing two estimates. Easy to copy over though. 5 stars! Thanks!

Adding items customers and fees are easy and the final bid/proposals generated are very proffesional. it would be nice if the app and the online accounts with the same email would sync. having to enter items and custimers 2x if switching feom the app to the inlune account is a bit of a hassle.

The desktop version and the phone app do not sync properly. I have lost countless hours of work while going through invoices that made no sense. Little did I know, each invoice I would click on would revert to some version of the desktop OR the phone. Making corrections to what I thought were my own careless errors led to a mess of records thatbno longer make sense. I will have to go back through years of emails and sent invoices to fix these errors and have accurate records. This is BAD.

Update# reinstalled and still having the same issues! Please get this issue fixed! This app used to be awesome (I've been using it since 2017) but all the sudden it keeps freezing and in my contract options it automatically spaced in between lines so far that I am having to go in and delete pages of just blank space! It ridiculous! I deleted the app and reinstalled it. Hopefully that helps but if this continues I'm going to take my business somewhere else. I don't have time for this nonsense!

I'm a carpenter and I've been using JobFlex to create my quotes. I am very impressed with how sharp and professional my estimates look, and so are my clients. I look forward to the day when I can do more from a web interface. I don't have a tablet and my phone is a little small and awkward sometimes, particularly with a more involved quote with multiple packages.

Best part is its free and easy to use. There shouldnt be a complaint about this app for that reason alone. Its ability far exceeds similar apps that you must pay for . Great option for material list , customer contact info , quotes, and invoices. With the ability to have customers digitally sign contracts. It simply cant be beat.

Is anyone else having issues with Jobflex software? I can't access the app, I can't access their website, I've left voice-mails, I've sent emails, all to no response or luck. I've never had any issues before. It's like they just disappeared. If anyone can help shed some light on this please do. I run my business with this software. I will be happy to change my review if I get some sort of response from their support team.

I have used this app form 3 years and consider it ok. There are a lot of quirks but it's cheap. 1. The invoice numbers do not increment. 2. The note section for the quotes is limited, you can not write a propery formatted message to the customer. 3. The customer list is sorted by first name only 4. There are significant syncing issues. I have to clear the app data on my phone to get it to sync. 5. There is not a save button for quotes. It is cheap and does it does work.

Overall I like this app and that's why I paid to use the app once the free trial was done. The only thing that annoys me about this app is that the invoice numbers aren't recorded in the correct chronological order for each client. I can write up a clients first invoice, but it will show up as invoice # 34, and there is no way to correct it. Some clients have been annoyed because when it comes to tax time, it's going to look like they don't have all their invoices.

I previously gave a 5 star review, but the app no longer works properly. When I mark a job "sold" and attempt to make an invoice, the proper package is not selected, and the headings say "null" I can't send these to my customers it is very unprofessional. The app has other quirks as well which I have learned to work around, but this is the last straw. I have reached out to their support directly several times, and never receive a reply. Same with their Facebook page.
